Bruce lee:He teaches everyone about his culture!! Producer: after he kicks the shit outta everyone 😂😂😂
the cultural lesson is to get the shit kicked out of you by an unsuspecting culture.
Fun Fact:
In a crossover with Batman, those White Supremacist-condoning writers tried to "Mary Sue" the toughness into Robin so he can beat up Kato, but Bruce Lee said "no" and to at least end their fight with a draw.
That most likely would never happen because Burt Ward (Robin) is best friends and sparring partners with Bruce Lee (Kato). On the set, Bruce Lee decided to play a practical joke on Burt Ward during their fight scene. During one of the takes, Lee adopted a very serious and even an furious look as he moved around and crowded Ward. Not realizing that Bruce Lee was playing a joke, Ward finally exclaimed, "Bruce, this isn't a real fight!" This caused some laughter around the set, and a crew member to say aloud, "It's the black panther against the yellow chicken!" Lee finally broke down and let Ward know that he just got Punk'd long before Ashton Kutcher made it cool.

Producer:“Do you think you can take the 5 steps all at once?”
Bruce: “I’ll try!”
I love this part so much because Bruce already knows he can get down to the first level with no problems, but still wants to mess with the crew
2:20 Bruce Lee developing his idea for the script of "The Warrior"
KUNG FU!
Believe your confused with “The Warrior and the Sorceress” which if you are then Jan Fan had nothing to do with. There is though “Warrior” that was taken from inspiration from Bruce Lee. Non related,BL did pitch a “warrior” idea that low and behold turned out to be similar to Carradine’s “Kung Fu”. Hollywood plagiarism at its best.
@@stuarthay3369 wow Really ? i just heard about this right now....thank you for your knowledge
Me, immediately texting my dad like "i watched every eps of the warrior with you when i was 12 and you neglected to tell me Bruce Lee was involved!"
Dad "honesty kiddo i thought you knew..."
Okay, in the version I saw in the theater, he clearly said, "Holy Sh*t Kato!" Must have been edited out later on.
Fun Fact: Van Williams, the Green Hornet from the TV series is the director screaming CUT!
The stunt director braking down every step for the stunt step by step not knowing Bruce Lee can do better
The mad scientist is giving Skip Bayless vibes😂😂😂
Is that Van Williams in that clip? If so good casting.
yes
3:03 - KUNG FU!
Bruce Lee helped develop Kung Fu and the white guy gets it?
that's because it's not true and do you really think that Bruce would've been better that Carradine?
“KUNG FU!!!”
Awesome 👍
Anyone know if this from an actual episode and if so which one? Would like to see it.
That was cool
god work kato 😄
I tried to find this episode of the green hornet - but it doesn't exist, this never happed in real life
It was a loose adaptation of Bruce wanting to do his own stunt directing. Most of this movie is total exaggeration.
ロバートワグナーのファンです。
Except for the guy ends up stealing Bruce's idea which led to the original Kung Fu series.
True
well, in case u did not know.. Shannon lee, his daughter, actually made a show about his ideas.. its called warrior.. you check it out
Bruce and his director friend came up with the idea. Hollywood said they liked it but did not want a Chinese man playing a Chinese man. Bruce didn't think his friend stole it.
Lee was robbed when they produced 'Kung Fu' series with David caraldine instead of him..he was a victim of his times...
Minute 1:54: Hey ehey eHey I am an Actor

No
That's when Brad Pitt kicked Bruce's ass?
David carradine never looked like a chinese never used martial arts that serie was a fucking joke

now, this is a total fantasy. They can't even get the color of the GH's coat correct. The oriental comments are stupid. Bruce had to be taught how to stunt fight by Bennie Dobbins the stunt coordinator. They had to slow him down and move him farther away from his adversary. I get it though they had to show racism and Bruce's "superhuman" abilities to make it compelling. Also, there is no evidence that Bruce created "Kung Fu" but this is Linda's narrative. She holds the purse strings but if you know where to look you'll find the truth.
@Ruby Williams yeah they did dude
