Epoxy probably isn't the best choice for a trailer because it's not flexible and trailers tend to flex a lot it dries hard like glass and unless the surface is dust free and oil free it doesn't adhere good and it takes forever to dry
At work, we power washed the floors moped them acid washed them
It's great on a concrete floor
Even after that, sometimes it would fail within a year or so
I'd probably use vinyl plank flooring because if it gets damaged, you can easily replace the bad sections I like the rubber mats that snap together like puzzle pieces and it's not slick and cargo doesn't slide around on it and you can replace it cheap and easy
    Harbor freight sells it cheap!!!
