Just a thought…Instead of taking the straps from the handlebars to the floor, what if you went to the e-track on the wall? That would pull the bike into the wheel chuck securing it pretty well I would think….? I really like the setup though!!
Have similar setup. For tying bikes. Have another set of tracks near pegs and use e tracks to foot pegs. As I don’t trust the track pulling to much on wall studs
Im sitting here thinkin, "Whats keepin a guy from drilling slots in the wheel chock sides to anchor to the wheel chock and eliminate the need for the e track ring accessories on the front half

Looks real nice but I am not in love with the angle of the strap on the right side of the bike. It isn't applying much forward force to keep it against the chock. Has it been working ok?

I see you have several rock chips at the front of the trailer, and I wanted to ask were those already there when you bought it? I noticed you have mud guards on your truck, as do I and I’m trying to figure out whether my mud guards will protect the trailer from rock chips.
My truck just needed a fuse to have the trailer light work when it’s not hooked up. It sounds weird but without that fuse it wasn’t charging the battery that’s on the trailer. It was like a $15 part.
I’ve got E track on the wall with the wheel chocks and run my straps to it. I’ve been running into problems with the screws pulling out, even the ones in the studs. Have you dealt with this?
Do the epoxy chips come off or feel like they aren’t into the epoxy coat? I just did this, 12 hours later the chips come off. I did an epoxy coat about as thick as I would for paint on a wall. Was it not thick enough? Does it just take more than 12 hours?

Great setup! We are looking to do the same and tow it behind our motorhome. Could you have used a 6x12 trailer and still fit the bikes on an angle?

I had a clear coat over the flakes and I've had no problem with them

I did 5' lengths of Etrax on the floor about 7" from the wall
Hook the bike from the pegs to the wall e trak. That way the suspension isn’t compressed hardly at all.

How is the workbench mounted/framed on the bottom?
For the tool cabinet I just took 2x6 boards and mounted them on the sides to the bottom of the cabinet in a square.
