    Another Amazing stretch to do at home as you wake up with stiffness and aches to start your day refresh and ready to face the world! Morning stretches are great way to combat stiffness of low back area especially during cold nights.     Thank you! I would love it if you gave us a full body morning mobility/flexibility routine that we can do as a daily habit to keep us mobile through the years. Would be extra awesome if it was designed for people who do a lot of sitting at a computer for work.

    I’ve been experiencing back pain lately. I think stretching moves are helpful though. I really enjoy your videos. The exercises are gentle and anyone can do them. I feel so good afterward. 👍🏾

    Are these good for herniatio l5-s1 groin abdomen glute pain?

      My recommendation is to strengthen your core first with gentle mckenzie program back Extension , then beginners Pilates the t his is the cool down Z let me know if you el need the link
