    I made a video Standing Pilates For Low Back and Hip Mobility to help anyone with stiff hip and for those who sit or stand at work most of the day, to take a break and needed to stretch and release tension. This is a Standing Pilates For Low Back and Hip Mobility that could be done near your desk, simple standing yoga stretching , no need for a mat and there will be no lying down on the floor . It is an easy and gentle hip mobility drill, demonstration to target tight hamstrings, hip flexors like the psoas and upper back, shoulders and glutes muscles.

    Thank you so much Annie - I have a shoulder impingement issue that I am working through and so downward dog is a bit much for me. Do you have any subs that you recommend like a wall downward dog? thank you!

      Try to strengthen your scapular muscles ruclips.net/video/Chbg5U-4mZY/видео.html then modify downward dog to Child pose for now until you get stronger on your shoulders and scapular muscles
