One question about the second mobility exercise. When I do the second mobility exercise I can't reach with my leg very high, it is okay to go as much as I can?

Thank you i found your channel i just did gardening ,you know it requires a lot of bending althought i followed the technique when you bend but i can’t really get rid of the pain after a hard day’s work as gardening feeding the dog ,taking care of my g2 year old grandaughter and i saw your workouts and followed you i’m 74
ret,yet still actuve besc i always workout ,i’ve tried several exercises for hip pain but these ones really worked so from now on ,i’ll try to do them everyday before bed .thank you very much you inspired me not only bec the exercises were good ,i lobe your voce as well hope to stay tune and find more of your exercises ,take care !

My hips get so very tight from rollerskate (artistic, figure, freestyle and trails) so this is perfect. Felt great... whew relief !

My hips are very stiff and a bit sore when I do the side opening ones, even though I've done yoga every morning for years! Hopefully they will also help my sore back because I think it's caused by the hip stiffness?
