I’m Caroline your certified fitness coach here to guide you through a simple standing sequence of the best hip opening movements you can do to get your hips feeling a million times better. Hi Caroline, I do this almost every morning and I can feel the difference in my hips already , even though my state is lower, that one I do a lot where before I would not bend my knees, now I do whenever I do things require it. I could never put my shoes on before, if I was standing and the back did not go on it was a hard time getting it on, trying so hard, the other day, not sure why I put my other leg over the other and did the shoe that way, you will never know how good that feels. thank you so much, I wish I could afford to join Patreon. but on a senior and the price of everything going up, I can hardly afford to get groceries I wasn't to thank you.
I woke up with serious joint pain especially on my right side to my right knee. I also have titanium in both knees and I still have pain sometimes. My hip really aches. When I started I went Snap Crackle and Pop. 😂 I kept going and I feel much better will make this my daily routine! Thank you!

Just did this and loved it! Felt the stretch and also strength in this workout. Going to try to do this once a day and maybe twice a day. I have a desk job so hoping this will help a lot.

can you do a neck upper back pain video. i have stenosis in cervial spine but find that movments that stregnthen my back in prone position help my pain and anything that can activate shoulder retraction. its liek i have no abilty to retract shoulders unless i really realy try, thank you

lord honey my hips are sssssooooooooo tight i hurt all the time walking really hurts too. i've done this for the firt time today it hurts but i also feel the release it feels good. thanks i will be doing this every evening before bed. blessings

I have osteoporosis is this exercise ok for me to do? It looks like some of the moves might not be good moves. I just want to be safe.
