    This is a good exercise fourth strengthening the last is my favourite exercise corrective standing postural exercises.

    Does forward head posture affect your peripheral vision? I have forward head posture and it feel like its causing of like my peripheral vision to be reduced i feel like i kinda have to turn my head left or right to see whats to the side of me sometimes. I feel like it would make sense that it would affect your peripheral but i want to hear your opinion.

      Yes but pace yourself and Try not to over donut , know your limits and what feels right as long as you have been practicing it . Just include these exercises on your current workout routine

    When I do these I feel a pinch at the base of my skull ( I think I have occipital neuralgia as my neck flexors in the back are very weak ( my sub occipitals ) - is there anything I can do for this?

    I have a very hard time keeping my sit bones grounded in mermaid pose. Is it important I keep them grounded for the mermaid stretch?

      Yes , it means you are very tight , place a pillow on your buttocks for beginners and then slowly progress and test without it after a week

    No offense and i love dogs and all but that dog noise in the background is awkward to listen to for a video like this. Im trying to learn something important i dont need to hear all that. Please if you could edit that out for videos in the future itd be much appreciated. Thanks.

      Steve Reilly you are very welcome and try this other program as well that you could do a follow along video that I recently made with better audio and visual quality ruclips.net/video/VzeeIpLM8hM/видео.html it is 20 minutes so it is a lot of work to see results . Best of spinal and posture health . 🙏❤️
