Been struggling with chronic right hip tightness and SI pain. Had my SI injected about a month ago and it really helped my back and buttock pain but right hip/thigh still feels really tight and hurts with certain actions. Your exercise that has you flex and abduct each hip was quite tight and uncomfortable on my Right (the problem side) and now sent my SI pain thru the roof. I’ve been icing it but very sore today. I just started these exercises yesterday. What could be the underlying problem and should I keep going and just cut back...or bail out of the movements that are painful? I love your videos and hate to abandon them but could really use your guidance. Thank you 🙏!

The bird dog is an exercise that I've incorporated in my routine. The kneeling lunge stretch looked excellent. I'm going to do that everyday even when I'm not working out. Got to keep working on relieving pain and gain flexibility in my hips. Thank you for this Annie.
