    Workout for arm for woman or man very simple to do at home or outdoor without any equipment and weights.
    A lot of you are requesting for fitness videos for some time now so here goes, easy quick 6 minute video that will make your arms burn.
    Stand up and extend your arms straight out by the sides. Slowly start to make circles with each outstretched arm. Breathe normally as you perform the movement. Continue the circular motion of the outstretched arms for about fifteen seconds. Then reverse the movement, and move the arms in circles the same way in opposite direction.
    Push your arms up and down without raising the arms too high or putting them down too low. Just the way I am doing it here, do it fast and quick and feel that fat burn.
    Now push your arms forward by keeping both them straight. Keep pushing the air front and back for 30 seconds.
    Keep both your arms straight and fold both your forearms upwards. Push your arms upwards and then get them back gently in the initial position. Repeat for 30 seconds.
    Now keep one hand still in the same position and do this with just the right hand. Continue for 15 seconds . Repeat the same with your left hand and have some fun!
    Have both your arms crossed across your chest. Now open both your arms diagonally like I am doing here and then cross them back again. Repeat this for 30 seconds. This will work on your arms and will also help you get those awesome shoulders.
    Repeat the whole set. If you want you can do 3 sets of these too.
    Believe me this works, when I don’t have too much time, I do these arm exercises and they keep my arms toned. But as I always say, be consistent, at least do these 3 times a week and after 3 weeks yoy will feel the change.

    I've been doing this for more than 6 months, it's really the easiest and fastest way to tone down your arms, I could say Im so happy with the results I even recommended this to my friends and they are now addicted to working out when they saw the visble result after 2 weeks.     I've been doing this workout consistently for a little over two weeks and I've lost two inches off my arms already. My arms were 11inches they are now 9inches. My shoulders are also more toned. In the beginning I was only able to complete one set, I'm not perfect but I am managing both sets now (with some occasional pauses lol). These exercises work guys! Thanks Uma 🤗

      @@laurac5451 it is a great addition to any workout routine. I do them either at work in my office or at nights when I'm doing my usual routine. Be consistent and enjoy your results. I love wearing sleeveless now to show off my toned shoulders lol

    Maa'm plz a upload a video for people having injured or painful knees with exercises putting least pressure on knees.
    I injured my knees in an accident causing me to gain weight excessively keeping me away from gym which i followed regularly earlier....i would really be thankful if u consider my request...

    This is so effective.I swear I tried for 2 weeks straight and could see the results.You will feel the burn everyday you workout,but gradually the pain will decrease and the numbness will go away.Bug it TONED MY ARMS SO DARN GOOD.Thanks a lot Uma!!

    Guys if you wonder whether this works, it DOES. My armpit fat has always been a problem area even though I’m lean and pretty fit. These exercises really helped tone up the area. But you HAVE TO STAY CONSISTENT!! :)

    Your technique is great & you make it look effortless but no pain no gain attitude needed as l
    Kickstarting any excercise should be done moderately first then build up each time.
