heyo mr blades. one question for all these bears - why not at least cook a kilo of bear meat and eat right away? is it the 1% intestinal parasites risk? I feel it’d be helpful to top off the food meter before heading to quonset, and save a handful of cattails for later. love the series!
also btw im pretty sure u can still make bannocks without a skillet, you press the place button on a campfire and then select no tool and itll let you make bannocks
52 days, 52% health, stopped at a mysterious lake, Jeremy's house, I don't see the point, continued without the possibility of health regeneration, there is a bow, arrows, food, water, but.. this is the end
@@aspoleshchuk You can still survive a long time with no health regen it just takes practice. But yes, surviving forever is impossible but that is always the case with no regen type modes.
will double bear coat really be worth it though? due to the affliction which already cuts your sprint by a third, wouldnt that mean you would have basically no sprint while wearing the two bear coats?
@@boys4jesusroid You're right sprint IS pretty huge. Especially in no regen modes like NOGOA and Misery. That little bit of speed adjustment can help you to avoid incremental damage. That being said, warmth is the most important resource in this game. Not to mention, sprinting is almost worthless with Rheumatic Joints. Just my opinion of course.
@@BladesTLD Tbh i dont really know what rheumatic joints does i havent made it more than like 14 days in my run😭thats cool tho, and it makes sense now i think abt it
I am on days 49, with 101% health. Double bear coat allow me to sometimes walk with only one arrow down regarding temperatures. Really worth it in my opinion, as with the warm up buff you can walk quite some time before having to warm up again. The real issue for me is getting new food all the time...
1:31 It takes ten hours to read and gives ten hours worth of skill credit, so the time investment is the same but you don't also get any of the products you'd get from actually harvesting carcasses. It's pretty meh in my opinion.
@@Pest789 Interesting, i didnt know the numbers. And yeah the skill books are never as good as practicing the skill itself but they are good during downtime.
Loving this series. I’ve been looking forward to each episode :)
38:20 Fortunately it seems to be very tough as well. I love it.
Loving this series!

@@BladesTLD broken body is a mistake, it is a one-way ticket, there must be an opportunity to survive, I am for this mode, but without broken body
