I think we can feel thru this video that you've struggled intensely. You carry yourself in an honest, real way that most youtubers dont, and thats what other people who are struggling need to see. Thank you for being down to earth and sharing what has helped. God bless you man
I just started my first session. I did not become nauseas or have a headache or hallucinate. I thought it was similar to taking nitrous oxide like from the dentist. The feeling was so similar that I Googled it and found out BOTH actually affect the Hippocampus in SIMILAR ways. Talk about being in tune, my association was spot on. I did not have an epiphany in the first session though and I see many people need at least 4 weeks. I just listened to music and watched RUclips videos in the dark. Glad to hear that you're doing a lot better with ketamine. My daughter has had two ketamine infusion and it has done wonders to her literally after her first infusion. She had rediscovered the beauties of life while we were at the beach and how it's like to not constantly have your mind filled with thoughts of suicide and depression. As for her experience during the treatment, she didn't get any "enlightment" or "soulful" journey. She saw cute kitties, stick people, a dinosaur, a "secret" portal, and her fingers were fighting each other.
@@namanrawal5849 Yes, we decided to go with the IV method. The doctor's office offers ketamine treatment with an injection or through an IV infusion. Her doctor recommended the IV infusion as it gets into her body faster, which was the best decision because her mental health was in a very bad state. I feel like I've finally got my daughter back and don't regret the expensive cost of the treatment, as it's not covered by insurance.
I live in AZ. My health insurance will be paying for my treatment. I went in for a consultation monday and i am a great candidate to try Spravato. My PCP stated the nasal spray is $2000. I must stay after the treatment for 2 hours. Not allowed to drive ( of course not). Im sick and tired of being sick and tired. I hope that this treatment will get rid of the “ dread” i wake up with every morning in my stomach, chest and throat. TY for your vid. I have a hard time relaxing- so i hope i won’t freak out. I am a believer as well and I DO HOPE I CAN TALK WITH GOD In a gentle delirium. 😊
Please keep us posted on your results and journey. I would love to get this treatment but not aware of anything like this in my area. Good luck with your treatment.
Ive been having Spravato treatments 2x a week for 3 weeks now. I have nearly no side effects and i see myself having less negative thoughts on treatment days and my depression lifts on these days and the following day also. I have also had more motivation to do things i used to have a hard time doing. Spravato is not as strong as Ketamine infusion therapy which is by IV but Spravato is completely covered for me! Spravato or Jannsen also gives you a Care Navigator which helps guide you through a journal that goes with the program. It's also great to have a therapist work with you during this time. GOOD LUCK TO ALL! THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO!
God I want this. I'm a Marine veteran that has fought depression for over twenty years. I've tried all kinds of meds, TMS two different times. I suffer from treatment resistance depression. I had high hope of change in my life with the Ketamine treatment- my insurance won't cover it. Even though I've attempted suicide twice. I am so desperate to get out of this vice that's had me for so many years. I want my life back....
You might try having a consultation with a provider that offers ketamine treatments, and see if they have a financial hardship application or payment plan option. By law, you will only be obligated to pay for the treatments you receive, so if you don't improve within the timeline that you decide, you can discontinue treatment without any additional cost. Considering the position you're in, when you talk about leaving this world, it might be worth at least taking the next step and connecting with a provider. I know it's easy to approach this or any situation with a worst case scenario. I hope you find something that works for you.
Thanks for your story. We're considering this for my wife, regardless of cost. It's the same old thing, this/that antidepressant for 1-2 years, that all stop working - ten that I can recall. Psychs just write a script for the newest drug. 30 years of this is too much. She deserves to enjoy life - and our life together.
Thanks for the information, I've been trying to find something that works, currently I'm taking an SARI with kratom every four hours, and it works, but only just. Going to give this a try, wish me luck, bro. Glad it's working out for you, chronic anxiety and depression is no joke.
I have my first appt. Monday, Aug 16. I have suffered major depression for well over 20 years. I hope I get positive results like you. Thanks for sharing. God Bless
I'm really glad it is helping you. I am getting ready to transition from ketamine lozenges to the nasal spray version. I have had 3 sessions so far, 3 weeks of sessions 1 per week. I'm still not feeling better yet .but you are giving me some hope that it may. I'm really needing to feel better it's been 20 plus years of this anxiety and depression. I can't do this forever. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Glad this worked for you man. I am in my final week of deep TMS treatment, and it looks like it's not really working for me, so I'm looking at this option next. Glad I can find a ton of providers for this in the tri-state area (where I'm located).
Hey Naman, I tried TMS twice through two different clinics which both targeted different sides of the brain but no improvement. I start spravato on Monday. Curious did you end up doing spravato?
@@nathanmurphy7788 ah interesting. I did deep TMS once and that was really helpful. Not sure why I decided to try ketamine - I thought it would offer even more improvement but it did not, not for depression at least. I did not end up doing spravato as I don't think it would offer me much benefit.
So happy for you brother. I am currently on an Esketamine study and hoping that it will help my MDD and chronic anxiety. Tomorrow I start week two of a four week blind study. So I don't know if I'm on Spravato or a placebo for this trial, however I will be on Spravato for sure after the study. So far my condition has gotten worse which leads me to believe that I am on a placebo. I pray to God that my condition will improve soon because I have suicidal ideation. This is not the way that I want to go at 46. I'm leaving it up to God whether or not it is my time, but I really don't want to die like this.
I hope you start to see some improvement soon. Hang in there! For me, it helps to think of something or someone worth living for and try to keep focusing on that. It has kept me alive.
Thank God you found something that works. Your quality of life is so important!! Glad you’re fighting the good fight. I hope you enjoy your life to the fullest. ❤️
Thank for this video & I’m so glad you had such great results with it. I’m considering doing this myself, I’ve tried so many other things with little to no result. I just want my life back, the last 3 years have been absolutely horrific & I’ve lost hope of ever getting better. I have no fun, enjoyment or sense of direction in my life anymore, everything I used to enjoy no longer matters to me… I’d be so grateful if this were to actually help me, I can’t believe I’ve even made it this far man. 😔
Hey Jesse, thanks so much for sharing your experiences! I'm also a developer with a similar story, so I'm even more encouraged to start Ketamine treatments in a couple of weeks after watching this. I hope you're still going strong!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I will be starting my treatment soon and the results sound too good to be true and brings me to tears. This gives me hope that i will find some relief from my condition.
Hi Jesse, happy to hear you are doing better. Please consider adding “Spravato” to the title of this video. That will enable people to find your helpful and encouraging video when researching esketamine. Thank you!!
Will be getting my first treatment this coming Wednesday. I’m a little nervous about the side effects during the 2 hours I will be there. I’ve read that some feel that it is unpleasant, but I’m sure it effects everyone differently. I’m wanting to video the treatment, as I have only been able to find a couple on here to view. So happy this has worked for you!!
I have been on over 15 different meds for my depression. Back 5 years ago 28 sessions of TMS no help at all. Then about 1.5 years ago 6 sessions of ECT with no help. Last week out of nowhere I was contacted by Greenbrook about how I was feeling. I told the nice lady about how I have become a partial recluse I use to be an avid golfer also never met a stranger. She offered me Spravato treatments stated she would be back in touch after some dental work I am having. Hopefully this will help. I am now 67 suffering from TRD. It's like my last chance from this hell I am going through alone. I can only Pray that this will work so I can enjoy what's left of my time on this earth. Your video has made me feel there is still hope and for that. I humbly thank you. PS how are you doing now after months since treatment?

Thanks for posting this. My struggle with depression sounds similar to yours and I started Spravato treatment just this week. I'm glad to hear about your positive experience as I'm short on optimism right now.
Hi Jesse, Last December, I watched your video in the middle of the night when I was about to start Spravato in the morning. At that moment I felt so completely broken and you gave me hope. My journey with Spravato has not been seamless but it has helped me tremendously and I remain on maintenance treatments. I hope you are continuing to do well. Jon
Thank you for the video man. I'm glad to see it's really helping you. I just found out about this treatment. I have had depression most of my life and on many different drugs.
My only option at this point is esketamine. I'm also on Medicare. How did you them to pay for this? I've spent the past yr in bed. I'm praying this works for you. Hurricane Michael destroyed my house and I'm displaced. This triggered my depression even with meds.
I've been doing Spravato® treatments for a few months now. A TOTAL game-changer with my depression!!! My hope is that more people have a conversation with their doctors. There IS hope!!!
I just had my 3rd Spravato treatment today. I am feeling better. I have had the same experience with feeling like I was talking to God. I'm also a believer, yet I also I'm not sure if I was actually talking to God. I chose to just turn it into a prayer because I know He can hear me whether He was there or not.
Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."
I'm starting to get esketamine in this week. In my country the treatment is free so I 'm not worry for the costs. I'm excited for having this opportunity, I got many treatments that didn't work. God bless you to have shared your experience
Thank you for sharing your story. I have two questions. 1: How are you feeling now? Still good? 2: Were you able to go to work/function the next day after a treatment? Thank you :)
You're welcome Rachel! I feel pretty good now. I still have my ups and downs but not nearly as low as before. Also I no longer have any suicidal thoughts which is awesome!. I was able to work the next day but the day of the treatment I was pretty out of it.
Thank you so much for sharing! A loved one is considering this treatment and I have been on the fence, but listening to people who have been helped through it makes me feel more comfortable. Are you still doing well? Are there follow up treatments needed after the initial series of treatment?
Thank you for sharing! I am getting ready to start SPRAVATO but I am so so scared but desperately need to do something. Hope have you been since the treatment?
My psychiatrist said he really want to try this on me. But, because I'm on medicare and medicaid, it won't cover the price? Idk. I DO know I'm really at the end of my rope here. On top of my normal extreme depression, on Feb 27, 2021,a little less than 4 months ago, I woke up to find my best friend, of 26 years (although "best" doesn't truly express the gravity of it) face down on my living room floor, dead. She had had a heart attack due to diabetic issues. I already have PTSD, this event has solidified this diagnosis, in my mind. I tried to save her, but she had evidently passed long before I began performing CPR on her. I saw her everyday. She named her youngest child after me. She was 38, and left behind a 19 just turned 20 y/o a 10 y/o & a 6 y/o. On top of my own "selfish" grief, that knocks down the rest of anything I was. The fact she is no longer here, has left such an emptiness, I cannot fathom. If there is any info about possibly having my insurance pay for my treatments, or anything places doing test trials? Anything. I was at this point BEFORE her death. Afterwards, it feels like Dorothy, coming back to Kansas, after being in the Technicolor land of OZ. The color has drained out of the world, and it's all just this sepia dust bowl world. From A to Z. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would seriously be so appreciative. I'm in the central Ohio, Columbus area, here. Thank you for this video.
Thank you for sharing this. My doctor said that the intravenous ketamine is a lot less expensive than the ketamine spray. You may be able to find a clinical trial being done for research and not have to pay as much or potentially get treatment for free. I hope you find some good treatment soon!
Bryan, sorry to hear what you are going through. If you have a well documented history of medications that did not work for you, it is possible to have medicaid approve it, it may take a while, but get your provider to help push through the paper work.
@Bryan Cotner I’ve seen others talk abd share about being on Medicaid and having it covered completely please check have your psychiatrist do the work for you. I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m praying this gets approved asap
I was plagued with adhd , anxiety and depression which affected my routine and my ability to focus and run errands that would help me grow and improve myself but couldn’t, I was in your position until I was recommended to use psychedelic mushroom which helped me tremendously without side affects, I learnt it was all natural, everything we need is in nature , now I’m in the best place of my life growing,I got it from an online vendor run by a mycologist
Hey man, how many treatments did it take before you started noticing a difference? I've done 3 intravenous infusions so far and haven't noticed anything yet. Thanks for the video, and keep feeling better!
I had my first ketamine infusion last Thursday. I have 5 more, every Thursday. First treatment was intense. Suffering from anxiety, depression, unable to get through grief. It was a visual 3D acid like trip for me. The next day I was groggy with dull headache , lightheaded and weak. Friday night I was more sociable and less racing thoughts, less anxiety. Able to focus easier and gently push aside and ignore the familiar kayos . I have hope and believe in my doctors. Thank you for sharing this.
I just recently started. I know that this video is a year old. May I ask how you are doing. Thank you for your insight to this as it definitely helped. Stay well sir.
You are a blessing, you have no idea how God has helped me through you, all I can do is tell you and thankbyou too......May God bless you and your family all your lives
Thank you for an honest review. Not just a sales add. I’m going to try the sublingual ketamine patches. I need help because the prozac isn’t working. I’ve had severe depression for 20 years. I function highly but with my moms cancer and grandmas cancer the recent suicide of my friend by gunshot 2/7/22 I can’t seem to get out of bed or the house. I need serious help! Hopefully this works.
Agree with the whole thing about having thoughts of time travel, and God. Even if you’re not religious. A lot of flash backs, many from the earliest part of childhood.
Spirvato is amazing. It helped me so much. I started like u twice a week then once now every other week. It has been a life changer for me. I've tried everything antidepressant on the market. Nothing worked. Weed all kinds nothing I can't drink makes me sick. But this stuff is the only thing that's worked for me. I love it ❤❤
I micro-dosed mushrooms for years and it worked well. I stopped when i got a government job and held that job for 5years. I lost that job about 8 months ago when i came off SSRIs. Im going to ask my doctor about this medication before i go back to mushrooms. I quit drinking 2 years ago and started the ssri but after a while the medications didn't work. Just want to mention it in case it's something to consider in your case @Jesse. There are many individuals in the population that are particularly sensitive to mold exposure (also past mold exposure). Since Mycotoxins (toxicants emitted by mold) interfere with and inhibit proper neural function, depression is often one symptom. will definitely pray for continued recovery :)
Hi @Evan . I've been displaced due to Hurricane Michael for three and a half years. Where I live right now is a high-rise that is very old with a very old air conditioning system. There has been reports of mold in this building in the vents etc. Since I've been here my Wellbutrin has lost its effectiveness and I've been on every medication that could possibly help a typical depression. My psychiatrist said ketamine fusions may help but it's very expensive. However how do you test for mycotoxins in the air. For the last year I have been in bed. In other words I couldn't pull myself out of bed except to take my little dog out. I had to take a leave of absence. I wonder how much of this depression is due to mycotoxins. It appears that when I'm in this very small apartment, I get worse. I noticed that on my days off I would spend the whole day in bed and it continually got worse. The only thing that would help pull me out of bed were my pain medications but not always. I'm wondering how much of this is due to the toxins in the air. How do I get them to test for the toxins? I think they've done this before but I think they were just testing for mold
@@sallyhanson8317 hi Sally, please check out Great Plains Laboratory for a urine mycotoxin test. This is the best way to find out if your symptoms are being caused by mold.
I just found out I was approved for Spravato. I just finished TMS (36 treatments) which unfortunately didn't help at all. I passed out when they did the 'mapping' the first session of TMS. I am prone to 'vesa-vegal' faints (nervous response and I pass out.) what do you suggest for listening to stuff say on your phone during treatment? I don't want to freak out and also worried I'll puke (sometimes happens when I faint too)
@@1chuckied10 unfortunately it did not. I did just over a month of Spravato and was freaking out that I was still so depressed. I ended up doing ECT. I'd done it years ago and it worked and no major side effects, but it still freaked me out. But I finally went for treatments, and they worked really fast and well. I'm doing so much better. I'm glad I tried Spravato and I'm glad there are more options like it now . Hope you're still doing good
Thank you for making this video. I hope you are still doing well today. I am desperate looking for help for a family member. I am looking at both Spravato and IV Ketamine, trying to decide. I'm also in the US and it's hard to know which doctor to trust. The diagnoses are depression (not responding to 3 different meds), OCD, anhedonia, sensory hypersensitivity. The person is autistic. If anyone would like to reply to my comment and share their experiences, positive or negative, I would be so thankful.
The IV ketamine is much less expensive and just as effective. I would also recommend getting hormone levels checked. For me I had low testosterone and supplementing helped tremendously in addition to the ketamine.
Thanks for sharing. I just did my first session with Spravato last friday and was really sad that I wasn't feeling better at all until I started watching other people experiences on youtube and heard that it can take weeks until spravato results really starts to show. Can I ask how are you today? Do you still on spravato?
@Alfred Miller how would this be helpful? “Other psychedelics” aren’t FDA approved and studied. Nobody asked to be pointed in this direction, why are you just shouting out someone’s page that has nothing to do with the OP’s question?
I feel amazing today. I recently went through a traumatic experience that sent me into two weeks of panic attacks and suicidal thoughts. When they stopped I felt so much rage for a few days. Then one day I realized the depression was gone. I may do a video with the details soon. It has only been a few days since I felt this way but I think it will last.
I saw the biggest improvement at the beginning, but then started to get bad again. Due to financial issues I decided not to continue with the treatment longer than about 9 months.
I recommend psychedelic mushroom for depression it has helped me tremendously with my fight against depression and anxiety but with psychedelic mushroom I got the best result , I get mine from an online vendor that specializes in the growth psychedelic mushroom and also sell ketamine … you can get it from them
Hey Jesse, Looks like its been some time since you posted this video. How are things since you posted this video? I am currently going through Outpatient Daily Trauma Therapy for PTSD and MDD. Are you still going strong or do you have to go in for follow ups still? I am inquiring in this treatment as nothing is helping at all
I am feeling better than I have in years right now. I am working on a video about it with the details. If other treatments aren't working then you might be a good candidate for ketamine (not medical advice)
Thanks for sharing your story. My doctor has recommended Spravato treatments .. I’m definitely curious and learning more about it. Curious to know now years later … how are you feeling ? Your treatment was Twice a week for four weeks then once a week for how long (5-8 weeks? ) Has your depression returned? Was there long term success?
If I remember correctly, the treatment went on for somewhere around six months. The frequency decreased each month until it was only once a month. The depressions has never gotten as bad as it was before spravato. I still have some ups and downs, but they are not like before. My mood now seems to be much more closely related to my actual life circumstances instead of just being sad almost all of the time.
@@JesseWeigel This is not right. Medical expenses should not be a barrier for a person's health. I know it0s cliche but try finding treatment in Mexico or Canada. Or even in Europe.
I'm doing this now and I'm still like wtf. Hopefully it gets better, the high is weird af. The first treatment you are so confused and they ask you questions and it's crazy
Thanks ! I’m thinking about doing this for ptsd. Mine gotten so bad it’s hard to do stuff that’s with having counselor and I have issues taking medication because I panic about that . I’m sort of worried that this treatment would make me panic but I have had anesthesia before so I kind of remember that I like the drug they give when I’m just about to go into surgery
It’s not indicated for PTSD, so I doubt you would get referred to the program for that. Also, if you haven’t been on (and failed) multiple medications in the past you wouldn’t be considered a candidate because you wouldn’t meet criteria for treatment resistant depression. Also interesting that you’re afraid to take medications - this is a medication. Not only that, it’s a very NEW medication that can cause serious side effects. So in terms of “panicking” about taking meds, I would think starting off with some Prozac or something would make more sense.
I recommend you hit up this legit plug they're very reliable ship to any location they've got Adderall shrooms ketamine dmt, lsd, spores, microdose and other psychedelic stuffs
My insurance ended up not covering it. I think it was a few thousand dollars per appointment for me. I am still paying it off. I heard that the intravenous version is only a few hundred dollars per treatment.
I’ve just recently discovered ketamine treatment near me, and it’s like my last hope. Unfortunately I don’t think I can afford it. But I’ve been on SSRIs for 20 years. And tried many other mental health meds.
I have heard that the intravenous version of the ketamine therapy is less expensive. I am no longer depressed, but if I ever need it again, I would go with that option.
The first step would be to talk to your psychiatrist about it. They may be able to help. If not, you can look up doctors or clinics providing ketamine treatment on your own and call or email them to find out what there procedure is for new patients.
Same with me, there were 3 places 30-45 min away but they aren't doing Spravato anymore. So I need to go 90 mins away, one way. It seems like a long time to do it, and 2 hour wait there, and then 90 mins back.

When I can't sleep I take magnesium threonate, theanine, and chamomile tea and that usually works. If I am really anxious I take hydroxyzine, but you need a prescription for that in the US.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I am so happy to hear that the treatment is working for your daughter!
hi Ella - just to clarify, by "infusions" do you mean Spravato or the IV infusions?
@@namanrawal5849 Yes, we decided to go with the IV method. The doctor's office offers ketamine treatment with an injection or through an IV infusion. Her doctor recommended the IV infusion as it gets into her body faster, which was the best decision because her mental health was in a very bad state. I feel like I've finally got my daughter back and don't regret the expensive cost of the treatment, as it's not covered by insurance.
@@ellagnoix2276 thank you for the info Ella!
How was your experience with ketamine.. was it helpful..has it any side effects.. please let me know..i am struggling with depression for 2 years
I live in AZ.
$2,000 for the nasal spray? That’s insane, I’m assuming insurance doesn’t cover the cost? I keep hearing magic 🍄 a lot too
On street 1g of ketamine is like 40€. From what i hear, strenght of effects, its enough for 30 dosages.
Look into ketamine infusions. They're $400 by me in NYC so it's probably cheaper by you.
How did it work for you Alma?
Hi Thanks for your review.
Did you have history of childhood trauma?
I am so sincerely happy for you. I don't have depression but I was very interested in listening to you because I know many other people who need help.
Try to see if they have the intravenous version of Ketamine available near you. I have heard that it is much less expensive.
Have you checked with the VA? It's offered at some of the facilities.

I am sorry the TMS isn't working for you. Hopefully the ketamine will be more helpful!

How are you doing now? I hope you’re able k get on Spravato at this point!

Thank you brother, gonna give this a try. Glad you are feeling yourself again.
I am waiting for the pharmacy to call me to start treatment. Thanks for this video. I was scared of the actual treatment itself.

I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body.

I’m on Medicaid and they approved it. However, you must fail at least 2 traditional oral meds first. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I will look into this.

Thank you for taking the time to answer back. I appreciate it very much.
Here’s to happier days!
I have been prescribed a ketamine nasal spray I got it from a compounding pharmacy...is this the same as Spravato?!?!
How did you get that ?
@@MrIlovebmw86 a psychatrist
I do not know if it is the same, but if it is ketamine, it should work in the same way. *Not medical Advice*
I’m in pas as well and I have my appt on the 13th for my consult..
How is it going one year later? Are you still having to get treatments are you still feeling okay?
I am feeling so much better and no longer need ketamine treatment. I made some new videos explaining my experience. Please check them out.
Hope you're doing ok man.
I'm not but thanks
@@JesseWeigel sad to hear that. Did the treatment stop being effective?
@@akath22 I stopped the treatment because of medical debt and have been getting worse since. Over a week of nonstop panic attacks at this point
I'm not sure
@@JesseWeigel This is not right. Medical expenses should not be a barrier for a person's health. I know it0s cliche but try finding treatment in Mexico or Canada. Or even in Europe.
I'm doing this now and I'm still like wtf. Hopefully it gets better, the high is weird af. The first treatment you are so confused and they ask you questions and it's crazy
Yes, it can definitely be a wild ride
@lolo1954 What does the 'high' feel like?
Thank you

I am interested to know if you feel a difference. Please let me know if you try it.
How much does it cost and does insurance cover it
My insurance ended up not covering it. I think it was a few thousand dollars per appointment for me. I am still paying it off. I heard that the intravenous version is only a few hundred dollars per treatment.
I'd appreciate your comment
I bought some psychedelic product from a drugstore online they're very reliable ship discreet

Im glad it helped you, k is a funny ass drug, cptsd & adhd along with depression & anxiety can all be helped
Will you tell me where to start? It's so confusing for me. I am also in PA. Please lmk the steps. Ty
Yeah, that would take up a lot of time. Are there places doing the iv infusions?
Thank you for making this video. I see this was a year ago so would you please give an update and let us know if you’re doing any maintenance treatment. I’m just looking to be a participant in my own life and enjoy things again. Best of luck to you! Maybe a talk with God is what I need lol TY
I am starting to plan a follow-up video now!
@@JesseWeigel yes 🙏
Hlo brother last two months I’m suffering from anxiety and the result is insomnia please help me what can I do for insomnia treatment
When I can't sleep I take magnesium threonate, theanine, and chamomile tea and that usually works. If I am really anxious I take hydroxyzine, but you need a prescription for that in the US.
