You need to set up a new password for user or administror and put the current password and let blank new password and second new password text box

@@sipunnayak9141 I had to send the computer in to get it fixed. I'm pretty smart when it comes to things like this. I have no idea what the hell happened. I even have every anti virus protection known to man kind. I had t mobile internet though. Now a nation wide hack. I think I know why now
