Top 3 most classic episodes of Back Issues. Loved this episode so much that I went out and bought the Ultron 8 shirt, then doomed myself to an existence of explaining the reference to everyone I know.

Old Man Logan is one of my favourite Marvel stories. It's just so much fun.
Actually I think it's implied that Emma Frost married Dr. Doom, the ruler of that territory; they allude to the fact that Emma "sold them down the river," and while I know the Inhumans and the X-Men haven't always been on good terms, Logan and Hawkeye seemed especially pissed, more than marrying Black Bolt might have warranted.

I have a question, how come professor x didn't notice mysterio coming with him telepathy? Also why didn't he use his powers to telepathically communicate with wolverine that mysterio was tricking him before he killed his team mates. And please don't try tell me that mysterio is more powerful then xavier and tricked him too, because there's no way that's possible, so how?

Because, I Love This, the new series, old man Hawkeye, old man Quill, dead man Logan. I'd probably be the only one, to love hearing you talk about them.
You know with Logan coming out in March I sat down and watched this video to just get a good wolverine story. You guys have a wolverine story in mind to do on back issues the week Logan comes out? If not, I would suggest the Death of Wolverine storyline, since this will be Hugh Jackman's last outing as wolverine it seems kind fitting. But it's your show and I'll like whatever you guys put out anyway.

I saw this after reading the comic and wanted to say great video! On the topic of the comic book: As a long-term Wolverine fan it is probably my favourite Wolverine story of all time. It just hits all the right notes.

The Old Man Logan storyline "borrowed" extremely heavily from the Clint Eastwood film, Unforgiven. Even the very beginning opens with "separatin' them hogs" from illness. Then his old acquaintance turns up, with an idea that might mean the end of his violence celibacy. Eastwood's character repeats the same phrase, "I ain't like that no more", very similar to Logan's mantras of the same meaning. The comics themselves look great, and the story behind them is sound, but, it's been done before.
The only thing that really surprised me about the comic, is how much they climbed in value over the years! Good choice!
Painocus Unforgiven was in production around 1990,when he was wrapping up White Hunter, Black Heart in 1989/90 and David Peoples' (Blade Runner!) script had been laying around for a few years before that. It was one of those Great Unfilmed Screenplays( Jacob's Ladder was also one of them; awesome film!) you hear about if you're interested in film. I'm afraid I don't know when this run of comics you're talking about were published, so please excuse my ignorance.

The problem with Hawkeye is that nobody knows how to write him. He's rarely seen or heard in the MCU. My favorite iteration of Hawkeye has to be from Avengers emh. In that he was sarcastic and witty, but also kicked ass. In a couple of episodes he got the Avengers out of sticky situations (gamma world, masters of evil, etc.). I especially loved his playful rivalry with the Hulk. I wish he was written more like this in the movies (and have his comic costume on). Anyway love the show.

+Gio Gomez He was good in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Cap. America Civil War. And he's written good in the comics. Read Hawkeye Blindspot and the fourth Hawkeye run written by Matt Friction. And All-New Hawkeye by Jeff Lemire. And the costume would look ridiculous in the movies xD they even dropped it in the comics.

Old man Logan is my favorite story arc of all of Wolverine... I remember getting every issue as it came out... except I never got the LAST ISSUE.... always bothered me... also, there's going to be a continuation of Old Man Logan after or during the new Secret Wars series.

I've dealt with it the last few videos, but i can't any longer. Its pronounced the same as mark miller, its just the Scottish way of spelling it. You said it about 5 times in the first 2 minutes. I almost cried.

wolverine &a grown up Hulk baby did apear in Millar's run of fantastic four,Millar loosley connected all the books he was writting at that time; old man logan, FF, & 1985(not a bad mini series,although the original idea was to use a mix of photography & illustration which would havbeen interesting)

So the super serum made red skull unable to age but for some reason wolverine that no one does even knows how old he fucking is, became an old man for the first time of his god dam life. Witch i never understood because he is already verry verry verry old but doesn't look old. Same thing for Hulk, because general Ross A.K.A red Hulk, is old but not as red Hulk so Hulk shouldn't age either. Bruce can age but not as Hulk, but for some reason both Hulk and Logan age a lit of time on TV and comics.
guys.. franklin richards has been 10 for 50 years where-as the xmen aged and the new xmen arrived and the "all new xmen" brought the teenage xmen into the future.. its just comics lol.. honestly i think they just age wolverine to show "hey some time has passed"

Mark Millar also wrote the super-villains taking over in WANTED which was a few years before this. Never read this,for the most part, due to the inbred Hulk stuff. But am glad that I also know where the Ultron 8 joke came from.
