@@brandonsolberg6929 I understand there is a market for memorabilia, but just because it happened to be in a movie doesn't make it valuable. Typically higher dollar items have a strong connection to an actor or are instantly recognizable.

@@TheWorldTeacher If only, I don't even have a driver's licence, but I pulled a lot of PC apart and put them back together :P I really should make work of this car stuff, but city life just never makes that a priority *sighs*
I completely disagree. Those 2 small round tips, while 'movie accurate' don't do the Lambo justice. The OEM-single-hexagon exhaust is what Lamborghini is all about. (can't have too many hexagons)
the car is not just a lamborghini anymore, it's now a piece of movie memorabilia. taking off the dual exhaust tips would be like giving the walther ppk prop used in the james bond films a nickel plate finish. you may like it better, but that would ruin the prop as movie memorabilia. for the same reason, tavarish needs to preserve the "25.1" markings all over the body of the car and may even need to preserve some of the imperfections added for the movie. he can change the exhaust system because the sound of the car was likely overdubbed in the movie and the sound it makes in real life is not "authentic".
Purely cause its a movie car id like to see the dated tips remain. Its gonna be difficult figuring out a line in the sand/snow. Even the goofy tinted tail lights add something to its story. When it comes to bodywork and fittings u should keep anything legal the same and try to give it a better finish if possible. Thats just my opinion tho. Id totally get it if u aimed for oem/bolton spec. Just seems when ur at cars n coffee itl be kinda cool if what people see infront of em matches the pics they will inevitably google. Yeah, that exhaust system needs an overhaul. It sounds like a wet fart played through a trombone. That said, I would keep the tips at least so that it looks the way it should from the movie. Since this is a "movie car", especially if you're planning on reselling it, I would fix the internals, and polish the exterior so it looks as good as it can and you can put it side-by-side with the movie and people will recognize it.
