I consider myself an "amateur expert" on 42nd St. Saw the original win Broadway 20 times exactly, the last time being the closing night show in 1989, plus the 2001 Broadway and several other productions. These kids here are so cute and really great. Perfection. Put a big smile on my face.

Im 15 and I just joined an intermediate tap class and THIS is the first thing I’m learning. I have little to no tap experience and I’m here to tell y’all this dance is HARD 😭
I have been tapping for about 7 months in a general class. Only now I feel comfortable and last week decided to join the inters class and this is our new routine. Luckily 42nd Street is my favourite tap musical, but despite of me being fine with tripple and travelling time steps I get stuck on the wings time step and the fact it is such a high-intensity routine. We shall practice and we will definitely be able to do it!!! Good luck :)
