    This is my fourth month i am doing this yoga and trust me this is miraculous 💕 i used to have immense pain during my periods and now daily i am doing this ...this yoga not only cured my periods pain but also helped me with my back pain as i have to do sitting work whole day i started feeling backpaon but now as i am doing this ...i am completely fit and healthy thankyou so much ✨❤️lots of love to you✨💕

    The flow is really helpful for morning soreness . Thank you for sharing. Whats missing is, the instructions saying “keep breathing”. A yoga instructor must use these two words while guiding the audience about yoga especially at the beginner level.

    I have been doing it in mrng thnk you fr this wonderful thing😘😘 this really works it makes me fresh and helps in weightloss too♥️♥️
    But now I couldn't do it in mrng because of my work can we do it in evening and will it have same impact?

    How do you define this is only Hatha yoga ? hatha yoga is only one aasan for long time is it ??? Siddhi in that ?? do you have any reference for this information?

      Your right...hatha Yoga ancient practitioners were Yogis...the followers of the Lord Shiva and this is not Hatha Yoga ..it's one video...and even they don't know.. what's Pada hasthasana and utthanasana too ..

      True...with Shatkarmas mudras Pranayama & Bandha.. and i m seeing...and i saw...many videos are not perfect regarding postures ...name of Asana etc...
