This is yoga. My body doesn't thank me when I eat chocolate or donuts or cake. My body doesn't thank me when I buy fancy clothes. My body thanks me when I do yoga. Thank you, Dr. Varunveer! This video's power visual setting reminds me to rise above the bustle of the world and to continue calmly practicing yoga. I appreciate the simple, elegant, graceful and precise way that you demonstrate the poses. I like the way the transitions are so smooth that I can do the poses directly without intellectualizing them. Thank you for the explicit directions for the breath. And most of all, thank you for keeping this video up! Doing the exercises with an advanced yogi is so inspirational that I recalled why I originally committed to yoga as a lifelong exercise and was exhilarated by the new poses and how much more there is in yoga to learn and space to grow. Thank you Dr , i want to start practicing hatha yoga and i need videos of full course on the hatha yoga system. I dont have access to yoga classes near me, i live in west Africa . These online videos are my only hope for now
Find the Iyengar yoga book. There is one edition with an appendix in the back where he lists specific sets of yoga poses for various aliments. All of the aliments you mentioned are mentioned.

I am doing Pranayam since last 15 years regularly. But the Asthma. Gas Spondilytis and now prostrate problem lead me to a depression stsge.
