Today 25 September 2022, 19 years old | 83 Kg Still working on improving myself everyday. Next month , 1 year is going to get completed. Once I started it my life changed. It gives me pain when I see people around me doesn’t give any values to thr health or fitness. I also feel helpless when I try to motivate them. my life story is the same i used to to do 1000 crunches in the gym , crash dieting , and others stupid things. i was gaining weight instead of losing and it took ten years to understand human anatomy and it worked from 126 kg today i am 87 kg with strength power and i am very happy :) i wish i could understand this secret 10 years ago but it is never too late :)and yes fitness is not easy fitness needs dedication , and self discipline lifestyle and above all the right knowledge because with out knowledge you will be wasting you time , money , strength and motivation . fitness must be earned and if it was easy everybody would be walking with six packs , or a great health. Today 60 % population is obese and unhealthy according statistics in the world.
Today there are many cases coming of heart attack while they are in the gym doing workout. Can you pls bring a detailed video on this topic because it's becoming a thought process if you are doing cardio or high intensity workout there is chance of heart attack...Recent case- Raju srivastav❤️❤️

protein supplements are little bit overhyped these days. I do workouts, have decent body and don't take whey protein supplements still I don't feel any issues. Infact I don't even eat a lot like the other gym goers usually do. Supplements are overhyped these days, it's a fact.
