  • 炒果角自己在家做,实在太香了,锅气十足,焦香入味,非常的Q弹好吃
    粿角材料:200克 剩饭、300毫升清水、100克 粘米粉、80克玉米粉、1茶勺盐、150毫升清水
    其他材料:2勺甜菜脯、1把虾米,4瓣蒜、2个蛋、1把豆芽、1把青葱、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、半勺胡椒粉
    1. 把粿角切小塊。
    2. 热锅热油,爆香菜脯虾米蒜取出备用
    3.再把粿角下锅煎至焦香
    4.加入黑醬油、醬油,&炒好的菜脯
    5. 再打入鸡蛋,翻炒均匀
    6.加入豆芽、青葱快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
    Fried rice cake made at home, it is really fragrant, full of aroma, burnt and tasty, very chewy delicious
    rice cake ingredients: 200g overnight rice, 300ml water, 100g blended rice flour, 80g corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 150ml water
    Other ingredients: 2 spoons of sweet preserved radish, 1 handful of dried shrimp, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, 1 handful of bean sprouts, 1 handful of green onions, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of pepper
    1. Cut the rice into small pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté preserved radish, dried shrimp and garlic, take out and set aside
    3. Fry the rice cakr in the pan until it is burnt
    4. Add dark soy sauce, soy sauce & fried preserved vegetables
    5. Add the eggs and stir fry evenly
    6. Add bean sprouts and shallots and quickly stir fry evenly ❤️
