马来式经济炒米粉这样做🌶️香辣好吃，做法材料都非常的简单，经济又实惠🔥
材料：1把米粉、1块豆干、1条鱼饼、5粒红葱头、4瓣蒜、2个鸡蛋、2勺cili boh、2勺belacan粉、2勺白糖、2勺asam水、少许清水、2勺酱油、1把豆芽、少许青葱、1颗酸柑
1）把米粉提前泡软，豆干&鱼片切片
2）红葱头&蒜搅碎
3）热锅加油，加入鸡蛋炒至变熟再加鱼饼豆干炒香取出备用
4）锅留底油，加入红葱头&蒜末炒至有香味，加2勺cili boh、2勺belacan粉、2勺白糖、2勺asam水炒至变深红色
5）加入浸泡好的米粉，再沿着边边加入清水边搅拌均匀
6）加入2勺酱油、1把豆芽炒均匀即可
7）出锅装盘撒上少许青葱&1颗酸柑，开吃❤️

Ingredients: 1 handful of Bee Hoon, 1 piece of dried tofu, 1 fish cake, 5 shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, 2 spoons of cili boh, 2 spoons of belacan powder, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of asam water, a little water , 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 handful of bean sprouts, a little shallot, 1 lime
1) Soak the bee hoon to soften in advance, slice dried tofu & fish slices
2) blend shallots & garlic
3) Add oil in a hot pan, add eggs and fry until cooked, then fry fish cakes and dried tofu until fragrant, take out for later use
4) left some oil in the pan, add shallots & minced garlic and fry until fragrant, add 2 tablespoons of cili boh, 2 tablespoons of belacan powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of asam water and fry until dark red
5) Add the soaked bee hoon, then add water along the pan and stir evenly
6) Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 handful of bean sprouts and stir fry evenly
7) Serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little shallot & 1 lime, and eat ❤️
