    材料:
    泡好的米粉 600 g
    包菜大约 250 g
    青红椒 适量
    豆腐 2 片
    蒜米 2 粒
    调味:
    盐 1 茶匙
    白糖 1 茶匙
    黄姜粉 1 茶匙
    鱼露
    Ingredients (Diana)
    1. Bee Hoon 600g after soak
    2. Cabbage 250g slice, wash and drain
    3. Green chilli 2pcs cut slices
    4. Red chilli 1pc cut slices
    5. Bean curds 2pcs cut cubes, deep fry
    6. Garlic 2 cloves minced
    7. Fried eggs
    Seasoning
    1. Salt 1tsp
    2. Sugar 1tsp
    3. Turmeric powder 1tsp
    4. Pepper appropriate amount
    5. Fish sauce appropriate amount
    Method
    1. Stir fry the garlic till fragrant, then add cabbage to fry. Then add turmeric powder and continue to fry. Add a bowl of water and let it boil.
    2. Add salt, sugar, pepper and mix well
    3. Turn to low heat and add in bee hoon and mix well. Turn to medium heat and fry till dry. Add bean curd and chilli and mix well. If too dry may add water or oil.
    4. Add fish sauce at the wok side and mix well
    5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
