Food looks good 👍🏻 great job but it would be great if you can do it in house kitchen instead of a restaurant kitchen. Normal house kitchen can’t do what you do because the heat difference.

如果要叫橄欖炒飯，可以用烏欖，或者是欖角（欖角分廣東和潮汕的），兩者味道有接近橄欖菜，不然乾脆叫橄欖菜炒飯更貼切。但烏欖和欖角味道太潮州了，如果不是潮州人，未必接受得到，欖菜就比較可以。橄欖菜牌子不同，味道有差呢，我家裡現在那瓶就是不小心買錯了，不好吃😂。橄欖菜蒜米豬油炒蕃薯葉一流。
