Would like to know if you could create it as an entire encrypted drive instead of just a file folder or hidden container.
Edit: Noticed you did one 3 days ago, but could you do a video on encrypting the whole drive? I wish it would work as when you plug in the drive it pops up asking for the password

@@awaiz12346ytwhen you get to the MS sign-in screen, disconnect the WiFi or unplug the eth cord and click next. This has worked for me.

Won't anyone examining the outer volume size and files in it be able to see there's missing data in there ie there's a hidden volume with data in there?

How well can files be used from a hidden/encrypted volume?
Like Photoshop files, 3D solid model files, Videos, Music etc...
And how well can we run software from a Virtual Machine?

one thing i dont understand.. do we always need to use veracrypt for gain acces to the hidden volume and files? i mean always start up the veracrypt program and moun/unmount the drive?

I have some important documents on this pendant, such as contracts with banks, etc. I understand that an ordinary person will not break this security, but I would like to ask in general, who can bypass this? :)
Just wondering if I can create a Veracrypt folder in One Drive Vault? I'm thinking I'd have to create a folder/container on my desktop then upload the folder to the One Drive Vault. Then download it to my desktop to add or edit contents in the folder then upload back to the Vault. Would I be close on that assumption?

I can't format well(i think). I selected quick format, exfat. When I click in format button it get done 100% but veracrypt hangs(stuck or freeze) and doesn't change to the next veracrypt windows. Did that happen to anyone? How to solve it?

Just one thing Brian if one encrypts say Photos into the USB drive does this mean that Photos will be deleted from the original listings in Windows/File Explorer/Photos?
If you moved them into the drive, then they'll be gone from the rest of the drive, though file history will still show they were there at one point.

when you install it on the pc. does the program run all the time or just when you click on the shortcut for the program?
To do this on a pc would be the same process, not its not running all the time, its a container

can someone just delete the veracrypt folder directly off the usb containing the software & the file container used to use both passwords to unlock the essential/non-essential data?

This would be a fantastic attack surface for hackers. You could basicly end up giving them your most important files and encrypt them yourself, then they can mod the software to change the key once you do and then hold them hostage. I would definitely make sure you DL it from the real site. Unless it is designed for that and doing the long con. I'm often overly careful though and am suspicious of free software that is actually really useful. There is nothing stopping them from selling it to another company that would then change the terms etc. Like I said, I am rather paranoid though, so please take these "warnings" with a grain of salt.

Thanks. So far there is nothing to secure data as there is a paid software which can find password and decrypt VeraCrypt easily.
Not possible to find passwords of VeraCrypt if you use correct password format. (example: wuch=$i0i&aFaveph1w1) this would not be possible to recover.
Do you have a link to this software. I was only aware of brute forcing to try and get the password. As Britec09 stated the strength of the password is key.

ebcrypt file yourself your prefered way no ned use someone else made. do it your self so noone else cant get them lol

Veracrypt is unfortunately not secure anymore, I did by pure accident find a way to read 90% of all files, including video, documents, images and a lot more. It takes absolute no particular skills, and any 12 yo can do it!
No I am not explaining it here on YT, no need for telling everybody how to do it. But if I know how, then does a lot of other people also know it!
