      The Biden administration has permitted thousands of undocumented immigrants to enter the U.S. without restrictions, creating the impression that immigration laws are not being enforced. Meanwhile, immigration officers often deny visas to qualified applicants with legitimate reasons for visiting the U.S. and intending to return to their home countries.

    Went for a tourist visa twice, got rejected. Went a third time, the exact same limited questions were asked and I was give the visa. There was no difference whatsoever. I was in the same job, traveling for the same reasons and the gap was barely 3 months. I travelled like a good disciplined tourist and came back to India within barely 10 days several times after that. I just never understood what the reasons for the first 2 rejections were.

    If you’re poor, how do you think you’re going to survive here in the US. Are we supposed to provide housing and food for these students? Most, if not all will want to stay in America via marriage, real or fake when they come here. Therefore, you should have money before coming to study here. Period.

      @odynith9356 22 дня назад

      US has plenty of talent. I don’t get this idea that Indians have that the US needs talent from other places thinking there’s no talent there already. The US did very well on its own for a long time. Technological inventions and discoveries on its own. Yes there are many people that came that helped. Aerospace industry only hires American citizens (national security reason) so the idea that the IS NEEDS talent is ludicrous. It’s simply you thinking you deserve it but like he said you are not entitled to anything it’s a privilege

    I fail to see what this show is actually about, are you trying to insinuate that Indians are being discriminated against? In Canada we have 500k Indians coming in a year under the guise of student visas, when that doesnt work they claim asylum, Indian Immigration is out of control in North America, what's wrong with your own country, why not fix what's broke in India instead of invading North America

    Bullshit. The Visa offices needs to pretend that it the applicant doesn’t “intend to immigrate” . So now the applicant has to pretend to not have the “intent to immigrate”. How do we know that the state department isn’t at all serious about the intent? Because otherwise they could’ve simply made the visa non-convertible to anything else. Why does the state department has to perform this charade? Because if they change the visa that couldn’t be converted, no one will go to the US to study. And that’s a billion dollar industry. So, the state department has to deceive and the applicants have to lie. If the intent mattered, they could’ve decided to design the visa that way. That would have rendered the intent a moot point So, liars both The interview and interviewee
