Oftentimes people ask me: What's your favorite show on Netflix or other streaming platforms? My answer is usually: I don't have one, because I have Gabriel Traveler, a more thorough and real production than any travel-related program out there. Epic!
I’m a Juneau local and glad you could go to the ice caves this is the only time of year you can so you came at the perfect time but the summer is definitely the best time to come to Juneau lots you can do
I never knew Alaska was such an amazing place. The ice caves are out of this world. Winter at its finest. Cheers Gabriel for brightening up these long dark evenings in these wierd times.
Gabriel, I really enjoyed Alaska, ur videos are awesome, you are an adventurous traveler.i I loved the caves the scenery is beautiful. Continue, your travels, enjoy Life.
My goodness! Two pairs of socks and two pairs of thermal underwear. 😱 Those cave wavelike patterns remind me of the rock formations patterns you see in canyons created by the wind. Simply gorgeous to see it in silvery ice. ☺️
North to Alaska. Johnny Horton film theme music. I just had to look this tune up. Can’t get it out of my head since you went north to Alaska. Keep on travelling 👍
Glad you found the ice caves.....fun video and a lot of work for you! We had our wedding night dinner on Eagle Beach.....in the summer of course! Love that view from Eagle Beach across the Lynn Canal. Thanks for the memories
Omg your intro is so funny! From your tumble... to your -15... to the Ola amigo!!! I live in Ontario Canada and the Temp here this morning is -20 with the windchill! Gotta love the cold!!
Glacial ice is actually considered a type of sedimentary rock. Getting up close to examples of this ancient substance, as shown here, really drives home how immensely dense and hard it truly is.
Such a beautiful place Alaska is. Another gem of a video Gabe :) It must be quite nostalgic for you. It's great that you can just walk into your college. Here in India, I'm not allowed to enter my college even 1 year after graduating, unless I have permission from admin.
Oh I can totally relate to going back to a Uni having studied there in early 199x. My nephew studided at my alma mata in the same faculty (I like to think inspired by me😎 )They had rebuilt the student building not once but twice since my time 🤣 I did wonder when you went past there in a earlier video ... would you got back to have a look ... of course you would! We all would! And what a mind trip it is, eh!
Okay the fall at the beginning was hilarious - sorry! But not as funny as the face plant into the sand with your bike in Hawaii I think it was.? That beat this one lol
Hello there! My family and I love your videos and have really enjoyed watching during covid! Thank you for sharing. Have you considered attempting to see Aurora Borealis while in Alaska? I think your viewers would absolutely love it!!!
On the first hike the last person said 'guess you have come to the right place!' correlating with the last part prior to turn around and comment on possible bear tracks, as if communicating in spirit guide speak.
Hi Gabriel, That was exhilarating walking around that glacier a bit nerve-racking you couldn't yell bear here you could have caused an avalanche. I'm curious to find out why you needed you to go back to Alaska as if you were looking for something. Alaska is vast and wonderous plenty to see and explore.
Nice graceful intro hahaha, as you fall into an ice hole and become the next Otzi! That cave was epic...I have to ask though...Did you lick it?? I bet that ocean water so so cooolddd. One nice thing about winter time, is that when it is dark the light reflects off the snow and it is easy to see still.
So funny. I'm watching videos on creating dynamic spreadsheets, and all of the sudden I get a notice about this video. So Gabriel... guess which video I'm watching? Yours of course.
How much was that burrito and a few chips in Alaska considering salmon costs $28 a plate and it comes from right there in Juneau. I imagine that burrito must cost $50 since Mexico is so far away.
Gaaaaabeeeee!!!! You were a few meters away from the real blue ice caves 😩, if you just could have walk I lil further, hopefully in your next time. I have pics of the ice cave I can send you.
They need the drones Bondi Beach use, but with heatsensors. aslong as people are still alive it'll show up :) (amazing work that woman and man does with k9)
You should be able to come to Alaska either way but I guess we'll see what happens. It was possible to drive through Canada until recently but not sure if that's changed.
I really wouldn't call that an ice cave. I saw a real ice cave in Switzerland many years ago that you could walk far into that someone had sculptured some art figures inside.
Those sure looked like bear tracks to me. Your bike raffle/stolen story was interesting ..... I came upon a free bike once when a classmate gave it to me as we were leaving grad school - he and his girlfriend were joining a ... no other word comes to mind, a cult ... where you had to contribute all your worldly possessions to the group, and he didn't want to contribute his bike/wanted me to hold it for him until he got out .... but he was still in the cult years later and never did ask me for the bike back which somehow got left behind in one of my many moves in my 20's .....

Magnificent scenery, I have never been in an environment like that, thank you for sharing it.
Wow, spectacular scenery! I'm really enjoying the Alaska series👍
Alaska looks like a place EVERYONE needs to travel too😁😁
Good old Gabe! You seem happier in Alaska than anywhere else. I like to notice the way you cherish old friendships. Nice videos, mate.
These Alaska videos are so good! Great job as always, Gabriel! 👍
Thanks.
The Alaska series is an eye opener and loved the seaplane journey. Immense scenery. Thanks Gabriel and hope all well.
The various shapes of ice caves are truly a beautiful creation of nature.
So good seeing the contrast of scenery and conditions in your travels.
Very scenic as Alaska is!! Must have been great studying there. So peaceful.

That ice cave looks so cool! Almost like it's wrapped in shiny plastic or something.
Yes!

That ice is an amazing time capsule of history. Those came all the way down into the lower 48. The Great Lakes carved out by them.
Enjoying these Alaskan adventures! 😎😎
Now, that was real exploring. Love it!
Hi. Gabriel... Fantastic place.. Thanks again for this amazing video... Stay safe and healthy 🍀
Great content Gabriel! Keep exploring...
Beautiful! They look like crystals.
Great video as always Gabe
Yes, the world is beautiful!
Thanks for introducing a such a nice place. I really had enjoyed the video. You’re adventurer!
Love the blue ice on the glacier.
Looks like a cozy library.
Great share, Ganriel! 👌
The sound of boots on snow is so peacibly ASMR.

I wasn't comfortable until you got onto the Mountainside around 5mins in.
Stay safe, best wishes.
Spectacular. Want to see your drone shots :)

Feels like alaska here in VA with all the ice that's falling.
You must be watching Foresty Forest to film your hiking shots 😀

It's not as much deep snow as I thought it would be in Alaska
LMAO!!!! I love you Gabe. You are the man....

It was $12 at a mall. Mexican food is often your best option all around the world, beans and rice are cheap.
22:17 amazing lands,
Spend the winter in Europe, in Norway. There you can also experience natural extremes!
It doesn't get cold in Norway
It was like you meant to do that forward roll lol

Damn. -15 is hardcore. Anything below -10 is kinda painful to ski in.
Gets me every time, every time. Kung fu roll

Gabriel, that darker blue ice is the actual glacier, right? Did you get to go up there?
No, you don't want to climb around right on the glacier without cramp-ons and a guide, that's where the crevasses are.
Would you need a PCR test if you're traveling from within the US?
Yes. I talked about it in this video: ruclips.net/video/RoPfN0xjdSY/видео.html
Awesome tY
The cave man!!!!!
Gabe is going spelunking!
Jesus thats a change of scenery! Lol. I'm currently in the middle of Moscows largest snow storm in 50 years.
Crazy. Enjoy the winter wonderland and stay safe.

God was having a good day when he made Alaska. I can see why Mr. Bob Ross used to say that.
To be fair Gabriel, you flew over Alaska mountains in 2012 on your way to India I think in an old video.
