That's what I did on my Glaxion. I main Grendel with Roar helminth, so it saves the hassle of modding for faction damage, and viral is comes for free. Even eximus in steel path evaporate. The magnetic buffs are HUGE.

Some Comments have already pointed this out but Imma say this: You missed a spot when you spoke of ways to proc slash. 1: you already mentioned it through the talk of hunter munitions and decent crit chance. 2: Have a sister of parvos spawn with the impact elemental progenitor, claim their weapon and slap on the "Internal Bleeding" Mod to grant said impact procs a 35% chance to proc slash as well. How you may have missed this I know not.
Thank you for mentioning it 😉 I did think about this but after running some calculations in my head to me it seems like it would probably not make all too much of a difference. Both have around 30% Slash Chance and in order for Internal Bleeding to outperform Hunter Munitions, you'd have to deal one Impact Proc per Multishot Projectile fired and I don't see this being realistic 😉
@@MHBlacky_ENG I would agree with you here. Because to get the benefit of 70% chance to proc slash on impact rather than 35%, the Riven disposition would have to be brought up to a place where the fire rate malus would be -60% to pair with Critical delay for the -20% fire rate on top of the malus to get the combined result of -80 fire rate which would bring it down to just roughly 2.4, and that currently as you say, is undoubtedly unrealistic. moreso in team compositions if another player happens to bring fire rate buffs to the team. Not so unrealistic with specificity to the status chance however as having at least 150% status chance would bring up the 40% base value to 100% (since status chance increases through most mods are multiplicative to the weapons base value not counting sources like dantes pageflight or the ruvox's vulnerability serum evolution which may or may not be additive sources of status chance increase.) (Now that I think about it, with a proper dante setup, the tenet glaxion may be good to pair with dante if built with pageflight in mind, but such is the vibrant fun of experimentation.)
@@MHBlacky_ENG i tried it again and i think i found the problem. if you have enough punch through to hit more than 2 enemys you hit for example 3 enemys initially +3 enemys with the chain. so it looks like you just hit 2 enemys +4 with the chain. So it doesnt work. it just looks a bit like that.
Just wondering cuz I never noticed. Why are you constantly at like 2 health using Revenant? Like no duh certain damage deals damage to health directly but are you actually forced to use the quick thinking mod to stay alive in that level content?
Nope, As long as revenant/prime has at least 1 mesmer charge or more, he cannot be killed and never fall below 2, even from toxin damage sources like that of the infestation. Do a tier 3 granum void on a corpus ship tileset and get atleast 25 kills, once you do that Theres a chance a sister of parvos lich will spawn on the map, once you find and kill it it'll show a random weapon above its head and if you want the weapon you execute it to spawn a corpus lich but if you don't want the weapon you can just extract and try again for a different one
All i gotta say is lich weapons arent incarnon weapons, and they never will be, incarnon weapons are suppose to be the best thats why glaxion is bad in comparison to torid but honestly i enjoy using glaxion a lil more than torid dont have to gain the incarnon charge 24/7 not that torid is hard to charge but glaxion is 24/7 a chaining beam which makes it alot of fun

Hum from what I experienced, fighting a Sister is a LOT worse than fighting angels and the missions in the Zariman. The amount of damage her hounds were dealing to me was mind blowing and I couldn't understand why. And TBH, I think liches/sisters are mid/endgame, exactly like the incarnon weapons
@@pepitomlg you can get a kuva wep at mr5 after killing one lich, that is a lot less work than making a necramech, ranking deimos, farming resources, new war, angels of zariman, then hours of steel path circuit... kuva weps are definitely easier to get
@@furniksadventures9660 kuva weapons are from a lich, not a sister
@@pepitomlg yes, point still stands.
@@pepitomlgtorid isn’t obtained from zairman. You get it from steel path circuit.
As far as tenet primers go, I prefer the tenet cycron waaaaay more and it does the same thing going to other enemies
Why wouldn’t you get magnet and then just use radiation mod for stat and fire rate? Wanna know before I get it cause personally that sounds better
Magnet is way better I have the same question as you
I’ve been using mine for endurance sp disruption
Yea lol I don’t think it’s a big dif but I feel like it’s worlds easier to mod and use
Was thinking the same thing. Going radiation when pure Rad mods exist is pretty dumb imo
Take it with magnetic, then put the new radiation mod plus corrosiv on it and you got a nice weapon
Fyi for anyone reading comments, do NOT go radiation. Magnetic is the way to go 100%
why?
@@Reiko_Takahashi because the mod Radiated Reload give radiaton, so going magnetic means you could build for Corrosive, Radiation, Magnetic, and Cold on your glax with only 3 mods. Makes your Galvanized Aptitude just that much better
I was thinking magnetized too because of radiation reload but I got a killer toxin progenitor , I had a feeling it would be more of a primer type weapon which is perfectly ok with me since I got a NASTY godlike laetum rivens few days ago
@@NuZealdoes it combine with the cold for corrosive?
@@idclol2883 yes I made it corrosive,
Threw a 90 elec mod , and a 60/60 toxin
just spawned a sister with a magnetized progenitor, because I know exactly what you’re talking about and you won’t need serration at all . You actually really don’t need it with vile acceleration /galvanized/merciless
get an impact Glaxion from the Sister, then add Internal Bleeding for much more consistant Slash status procs
Hydroid saw the tenet glaxion… and wifed it up. They are made for each other.
I'm going for an impact progenitor, so that I can use internal bleeding, I'm thinking it could work as a slash spreader if I can get a good % roll to start with.
Wait people actually use impact progenitor?
Nah since it's primary u can use HM
I was thinking about exactly this myself but I persoanlly think it probably won't be better than Hunter Munitions. Probably both will be relatively even.
Both give ~30% Slash Chance. Impact will get more proccs due to the high Status Chance however when going for Hunter Munitions you'll probably have more Crit so that the DMG of the Slashes will be higher.
Would be curious to see how it plays out in practice though. Keep me updated ;)
@@MHBlacky_ENG got a 50% impact progenitor 😁 Doing the forma shuffle this weekend, in between relic & cascade runs. Two forma in and it's not bad, I'm using it as a status spreader with a riven with 44% status chance, hammer shot & galvanized aptitude. It's not SP ready right out of the box, but it's a nice start.
You could go for Internal Bleeding i with impact progen for slash instead of Hunter Munitions
Y'know, I genuinely wonder if this might be better than Hunter Munitions considering Tenet Glaxion's sky-high status rate, as well as providing light crowd control just like having a Radiation progenitor. I might have to test this out when I go hunt for one.
@@StartouchArts is it any good?
@@00Grimreaper00 I actually haven't grabbed it yet. It's on my to-do list, but knowing me it'll probably be a couple weeks because I have the attention span of a fruit fly.
Thank you for all your hard work and videos you post! Question How do you get this weapon?
Thank you for the amazing feedback! Really means a lot
are u guys sure about choosing radiation when we can simply put 1 radiation mod on there and pick magnetic and put in corrosive mods and radiation mod on there that way we have cold+radiation+corrosive+magnetic , seems like we can get aloot more out of it if we pick magnetic???? or am i overthinking it????
That's what I did on my Glaxion. I main Grendel with Roar helminth, so it saves the hassle of modding for faction damage, and viral is comes for free.
Even eximus in steel path evaporate. The magnetic buffs are HUGE.
I like how in your video about it being the new meta you talked about how there are more effective tactics available meaning it’s not the new meta.
The new META comment was referring to the final build shown.
Your first Mistake was Caring about the meta in the first place. 👀
I think its better to go for Magnetic as bonus because we have pure Radiation mod
My set up has Magnetic , Cold , Corrosive , Radiation and Slash which all contribute to Galvanized Aptitude
Amprex but cold
I'd say it's better than the Amprex ^^
rad progenitor, mod corrosive, get base dmg through serration/amalgam, go Primary Frostbite, and have fun with thousands of cold procs generating even MORE cold procs generating heavier crits
Yep, this is the way to go :D
Why not go magnetic and you can get rad and corrosive with 3 mods? Seems a waste nowadays to progenitor rad with the new murmur Rad mods.
@@NotoriousNickNorris cuz modding corrosive is 2, base dmg boosts everything, in comparison. I'll see if Magnetic progenitor is nicer but the current comment will benefit every element and not leave one too low to proc...
I'm building mine with innate magnetic so that my torid can be for armored enemy murder and the glaxion will be for corpus missions
That's a good plan ^^
I think the future will be all about having different weapons for different factions ;)
@@MHBlacky_ENGits the present in my opinion. People need to stop trying to have one loadout for everything. Its boring. But thats just my opinion...
I would just use torid for corpus too cuz toxin is leagues better than magnetic against shields since it fully bypasses them. Doesn’t mean do that tho
My torid for some reason is not much stronger than glaxion, and I can never have pure cold on torid for that extra 50% crit dmg and eximus slow.
And there's a nightwave mod for energy and more crits.
And easy to proc cold arcane.
And upcoming cold changes.
And completely frozen enemies will shatter under the Frosts crit augment.
P.s. I just built my torid wrong. It's higher dps now, but relies on conditionals.
That's unfortunately the thing with the Torid. It can't do Cold... So if you find that the T. Glax. is equal in terms of DMG then it might be a viable alternative for you ;)
It can. Mod for corrossive with the innate toxin and then cold. Use primary frostibite and slot in serration for base damage. It's different but it's plenty good.@@MHBlacky_ENG
not self promo but check my torid build in my channel and then compare it again against the glaxion and tell me if that doesn't make it run in circles around it
If it isnt much better for you, then tbh you probably haven’t optimized your build. It has a very strong case for best weapon in the game when built right
@@timcal2136 I mean I have felarx in one hand and torid in the other, about as weak as my gorgon incarnon, and the two last weapons fall off so hard past idk lvl 1000-2000.
i remembered a guy that made a cold and puncture build for the boltor, it was bad compared to the meta but with the upcoming update it will get better i guess
Oh yes, Cold will rule supreme :D
I just got a riven for this weapon today. There goes the riven disposition.
Riven Dispo for new guns is always 1/5. How it will develop, we have yet to see 😉
I don't like faction damage because there isn't a mod that does extra damage to all factions
Just swap before mission 🗿
thats the whole point of faction mods though. if you wanted a universal boost thats for crit mods or more base damage. cant have it both ways. or use roar.
@@danielmcdougall4713 my teammates won't let me change instant queue's with no changing their mind,
that's why I'd like there too be an all faction damage boost it could be a bit weaker but than I'd have a reason to consider it.
Because if my power level teammate can do 2 million on steel path without faction mods maybe there are better universal options
@idclol2883 yeah but I feel it's kinda dumb having to change mods after every mission without fail, otherwise you miss a giant bonus and if you forget to swap it's even worse and you also miss a mod slot and mod capacity for your builds
@@rift7609 exactly at least someone finally gets it
As I was watching the video I KNEW from the start this weapon as of now is not better than the Torid Incarnon, but has the potential to be better because of Jade's update.
It will be hell farming and leveling up this weapon...buuuut It's worth it
farming and levelling tenet weps isn't too bad imo, but I do love the game
If used with frost and its mod 200% crit chance per cold status, would that mean I would do insane crits?
It does, just got my Glaxion to 40 and it does very good in Steel Path
This is gonna be fun 😀
Oh yes, that for sure! :D
I loved it with my Xaku and Protea ^^
Sevagoths augment (shadow haze) can help me to hit red crits. I kinda wish it had more like an auto aim (kinda like ocucors tendrils). Or an augment that helps increase crit chance and auto locks onto nearby enemies. Also while Torid incarnon is definitely better there’s a lot of players that 1 either have not unlocked steel path or 2 don’t always have the time to get into those rotations to get it (work, school, etc). Tenet glaxion is supposed to be that alternative
Indeed, if you want a Torid Incarnon but can't get the Torid Incarnon then the Tenet Glaxion is a good alternative ^^
The TENET GLAXION is NOT new META, shocking information.
if it could deal heat / elec it easily would be
Why you don't try the new lavos augment it makes absolutely every weapon slaughtering machine
Haven't had enough time to look into it yet but will sure keep it in mind ;)
My friend almost murdered me when I almost ignore the sister who will drop the weapon
Frost's new favorite gun
I already got a five forma on my on a cold glaxion but I'm going to do five forma on my magnetic one as well. Going to test them after the damage rework. Both will be 60% by then
Now that's dedication :D
@@MHBlacky_ENG yessir. I got good and efficient at hunting liches and parvos gals so it's pretty fun for me now
I'm very fine having two good beam weapons. Three if you count the nukor :3
So three it is then :P
Hey, primary verminsplicer was there before the torid incarnon.
There's also Phantasma, Convectrix, Amprex, Gaze, Ocucor, Catabolyst, Tenet Cycron, and Atomos, Angstrum and Furis Incarnon.
@@Joe90h most of mentioned acts similar to Ignis - just straight aoe cone, secondary gaze, atomos and primary verminslicer chain from enemy to enemy, amprex was the first I think.
Tenet Cycron chains, & is an amazing weapon
This is so cool!
Absolutely! I'm super hyped about it ^^
i can't wait for when the status change drops because i have a dumb plan for both thos and cedo for frost
you can hit 110% crit with biting frost without arcane avenger, and atleast on cedo 11x crit damage
Ouh this one sounds really spicy :D
What are you are using to get a constant heal rate on revenant when using, i'm assuming, arcane avenger and combat discipline?
Yes, I use AA ad CD. The heal comes from one blue Archon Shard giving me 5 HP/s back 😉
This way there's always a bit of Health to loose and so CD can keep AA running constantly ^^
@@MHBlacky_ENG brilliant, thank you for the response, i've been looking for a reliable heal rate, completely forgot about archon shards🤦♂️
I feel like every meta weapon is just Aoe or chain beams that do red damage
That's kinda how it is, yes xD
photon overcharge you will get it in nightwave lv25 reward

Lol, just started farming my first sister weaps, around 5 tries and i got the glaxion... seems fun, we'll see
Nice! :D Wish you much fun with it ^^
i simply use tenet galaxion if im being lazy
sometimes im just too lazy to charge incarnon weapons every 30-50 seconds
Some Comments have already pointed this out but Imma say this: You missed a spot when you spoke of ways to proc slash.
1: you already mentioned it through the talk of hunter munitions and decent crit chance.
2: Have a sister of parvos spawn with the impact elemental progenitor, claim their weapon and slap on the "Internal Bleeding" Mod to grant said impact procs a 35% chance to proc slash as well.
How you may have missed this I know not.
Thank you for mentioning it 😉
I did think about this but after running some calculations in my head to me it seems like it would probably not make all too much of a difference.
Both have around 30% Slash Chance and in order for Internal Bleeding to outperform Hunter Munitions, you'd have to deal one Impact Proc per Multishot Projectile fired and I don't see this being realistic 😉
It has to have a slow fire rate to be worth it
@@MHBlacky_ENG I would agree with you here.
Not so unrealistic with specificity to the status chance however as having at least 150% status chance would bring up the 40% base value to 100% (since status chance increases through most mods are multiplicative to the weapons base value not counting sources like dantes pageflight or the ruvox's vulnerability serum evolution which may or may not be additive sources of status chance increase.)
(Now that I think about it, with a proper dante setup, the tenet glaxion may be good to pair with dante if built with pageflight in mind, but such is the vibrant fun of experimentation.)
I have a riven for both and I love the glac for regular everyday stuff I take the torid to higher level content
i would go primed shred for fire rate. because if you hit another enemy with that . he also chains to 3 other enemys
Really? I've tested exactly that and for me it did not do that.
Torid Incarnons has a Similar Bug. But it Does work for the Kuva Nukor 👍
What? A chaining beam weapon is overpowered? What are the odds?
It... is not though xD
Bro didn’t watch or play
Just wondering cuz I never noticed. Why are you constantly at like 2 health using Revenant? Like no duh certain damage deals damage to health directly but are you actually forced to use the quick thinking mod to stay alive in that level content?
Nope, As long as revenant/prime has at least 1 mesmer charge or more, he cannot be killed and never fall below 2, even from toxin damage sources like that of the infestation.
This goes for allies too if they have mesmer skin charges from a revenant through his mesmer shield augment which grants allies in affinity range 5 charges.
@@apocalyptus2344 I guess I just never noticed cuz I figured I couldn't die and never looked at my health while playing revenant. That's good to know I wasnt missing something really
@@apocalyptus2344 how does that work? Whenever my mesmer skin is at 2 or lower I end up recasting it.
so if you use the Nautilus it would pull the enemies towards you since you’re dealing 3 status effects right???
Im completely agree with you about torid and glaxion, the problem for me is, i got torid incarnon first then the tenet glaxion, 😂😂 the difference is significant,
must say the cold status is way to handy accidentalyl did a archon hunt, the enemy stood still so others could just shoot the archon.
but definitely on disruption, the disruption targets barely moves in like a second

@@MHBlacky_ENG You've gained yourself +1 dad point
Im just now getting back into the game. My knowledge has left me. How exactly do you get this particular lich
@@HiddenConspiracy276 the sister is garunteed to spawn.

All i gotta say is lich weapons arent incarnon weapons, and they never will be, incarnon weapons are suppose to be the best thats why glaxion is bad in comparison to torid but honestly i enjoy using glaxion a lil more than torid dont have to gain the incarnon charge 24/7 not that torid is hard to charge but glaxion is 24/7 a chaining beam which makes it alot of fun

would primed firestorm extent the beam length like the torid incarnon?
probably not, as torid incarnon has both chaining and aoe
Torid is different
Torid has an aoe at the end of its beam
Like ignis so no it won't
It might increase the beam length but it doesn't make it so that it chains to more than 3 enemies like the Torid. That's why I wouldn't recommend it ;)
