Excited to watch this tour! Started on a weird note tho -- it's a 2 Million Dollar Home, but when you walk in, you don't have room to set anything down besides on the stairs? I guess most homeowners enter through the mudroom, but just seemed odd.
Love this house. It’s spectacular without being pretentious. I would definitely get a bigger dining table, because I’d want to have people over all the time. I would do a theater in the basement, and a library in the top floor. Nice job on the tour.
Beauty of a home. Loved the windows and the spacious rooms. Loved the pantry… why would one need so many cabinets? The entry was super tight and it really lacked curb appeal.
I absolutely love this place! OMG! I really love that master bedroom & bathroom! I would turn the basement into an apartment blocking the upstairs. Up on the very top floor I would turn the rec room into a playroom/library. I absolutely love that screened in porch with the deck!
You found the home with enough storage for me and my stuff! Lovely layout. Living, dining, and kitchen would suit me perfectly. Master suite is also fabulous. I don’t know how you find these homes, but they are wonderful to tour. Thank you! Looking forward to more.
Hello timothy This is s beauty full home What a amazing kitchen and what a amazing living room i love al the bedrooms and i love the primary bedroom and bathroom the most love the upstairs take care and God bless Sincirley anja
I could never be in the ballpark of affording this, but it is really nice! If I was in the ballpark, I would add a small kitchen in the basement and on the 4th floor. It wouldn't take much, and both areas have enough room. I would then rent those apartments out to help pay the mortgage.
I love so many of the houses you tour. I may be alone in this opinion but I don’t think you need to open so many cabinets. I can’t imagine a house making it or breaking it on if there’s soft close or a lazy susan or a trash cabinet. Such a great channel just my one complaint.
There is something 'blah' about this house, something about the walls or maybe the colors...I don't know. Yet I really do like it! It feels like a city house. I would buy this one Tim! Not for this price though.
Hi I’m from the UK and i find it odd that all the bathrooms have clear glass - especially when other homes can see in. I know you can add blinds but if you have to have them closed all the time why have the window? Or do they get replaced with frosted glass?
Nice home but I prefer vaulted ceiling in the living room. And I hate those dark cabinets in the kitchen I see they even carried those in bathrooms. I prefer white or very light color wood . you showed one townhome and had those light wood cabinets and I wouldn’t have thought I’d like or prefer anything in that tone but those were beautiful. The screen in patio was very nice. Hardwood floors very pretty. The layout is nice. But overall it wouldn’t be my dream home. This just seems like more of a traditional style gives that vibes. I prefer more of a modern home.
Funny you call this a townhome even though it is detached, but I could Def see this design translated into an attached or semi attached townhouse, rowhouse, or carriage home.
Would want a fireplace but don't like how they did the dining area and two sides with a wet bar and ice (wrong side) and the other side close to kitchen with two more small fridge a beverage and wine 🍷 fridge kinda too much for me. Like that all the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom's but really this house while having many nice and positives just didn't grab me.

Very nice and I do love all the storage space. Beautiful kitchen as well. Great video!
Beautiful house. Love the large windows and storage space!

Nice job on the tour.
I love that the showers are all tile not that hard too clean plastic wish they had hand held shower wands
The Master Suite is all that❤️

I thought the same thing about the entrance--it was like "damn---skinnies only!" But that kitchen...WOW!! I love a kitchen sink and big window!

Beautiful house!!
I especially love the view out of the kitchen window...
Yep, there's nothing like admiring your neighbors brick house while washing dishes. 🤔😂
Thank you for sharing this video and it's a beautiful Home 🏡!

Welcome to Virginia. My home state! Beautiful layout. Love this home
Very nice.

Just be mindful of laws where you live about adding kitchens to multi level homes
Ooh, you can look at a Brick Wall from the kitchen sink! 😂 No, I’m not into urban environments! 😉 It’s a Nice house!

You close the blinds when you take a shower

It has great features but some in the wrong place. The master bedroom should be bigger.
Lovee the kitchen and screened in porch but don’t like anything else really, the layout especially with the foyer is bad

Is there music playing in the back round of these massive homes or am I hearing things???
Anything in Arlington is going to be insanely expensive.
