This one is perfection. Wouldn’t change anything
Stunning home!! Love everything about it. Master bath was perfect!! Love how it wrapped around. Thanks for sharing with us 💜💜
This was definitely my favorite. Beautifully done and not a barn door in sight!
Absolutely the best and also the most practical home you have ever shown. Almost perfect. Would be nice to have a half bath to basement. Thank you Tim for showing us all these lovely homes.
I like this home's overall design better especially the kitchen, pantry and butlers pantry walkthrough from the kitchen to the formal dining room. I love this. I have a dining table for the formal dining room and a small breakfast table for the kitchen dining area. That front room I would just have as a guest room.
Another beautiful home
Love natural light
Beautiful home, perfect. Love the big kitchen
Beautiful home Tim thanks for showing
just love this. so happy to see more and more laundry rooms placed where most laundry is generated.basement could be perfect apartment, for inlaws, parents, or even older children
Love the open floor plan 😍
My favorite so far!
It's different, I like it.
Huge but still feels nice n cozy ⭐️✌️

Sincerely Anja
I watch all your videos & this one is my favorite!
Nice house and floor plan.
This is really underwhelming for $2 million.
Should be less than a million. When did this over pricing start???
Two WHAT!? two million??? this would be a 500,000 home where I'm from.
You could probably turn the basement into its own apartment if you want to. I really do love this style of home.
I've noticed a lot of these homes have bathtubs under a big window. Are these windows opaque from the outside or are you expected to get curtains for your bathroom?
You know that you can just get a decorative cling to apply to the window with water, right? Cheaper than permanently frosted windows through the home builder too.
Love this home.
Great investment property!
Loving this
Fabulous
I'd like the fireplace better if it had a stone hearth instead of just the floor.
Loved it
Luv bathroom design
I love this house... Can't find anything really wrong with ut... if had money it would be mine!
I like this house 🏠
I do too except that tiny back deck, for the size of that house is kinda laughable.
Totally awesome but why didn't you go into the last room downstairs
Arlington Virginia welcome to my hometown
Hello Tim, I do love this home but nothing about it is outstanding except the master bathroom…. For $2,000,000.00 it’s lacking the it factor…. Bblessed. Miss Teena
For over a 2 million dollar home the location is less desirable! Location is key factor. The home looks out of place with the homes around it. And look at that fence on the side property looks like it’s about to fall down. And who in the world would want a wood fence attached to a 2 million dollar property. The home was nice and Lot of features I liked very light interior choices a modern look. But where that home is located and the curb appeal it be a no go for myself.
Nice home but I wouldn’t want to have a brand new home surrounded by much older homes.
It does seem oddly out of place.
@@valerie1957 No disrespect to the older homes but I’m sure they bring down the value of this home. I definitely would not pay $2.1 million.
I would put laundry in the basement and find a way to use the area upstairs, main floor and basement where upstairs laundry is for elevator
Is this built from ground up?
Still trying to figure out why this home is priced over $2m....
I think it’s just the area
it's Northern Virginia, right outside of DC. it's one of the richest areas in the country. they're knocking down the original houses and building houses like this for 1.5-2 million dollars all over the area. the lots are also only about 1/4 acre in most neighborhoods, this lot is a little less even, which is why the houses look like they're practically on top of each other.
That home would be over $2 mill as well in any Canadian city
Do they build in florida
Fireplace stone looks so fake. Needs built out for a better look.
Beautiful home, however; it would be nice if you go back to some homes we can actually afford. In my opinion, that's probably around 98% of us...
Darealdeal
Gas range . 💯
What's with all of the two stories?
If you don't like it dont look Karen
the lots are tiny in this area. you're not getting a big house on these lots unless the space is utilized across multiple floors.
Cheaper to build UP than out
Open Floorplans are out-of-style now.
I disagree with you on that.
An open floor plan is the way to go.
I agree I dislike open floor plans for anything larger than 1000 Sqft
I dont think there out of style but I wish they made more floorplans where only part of it were open
still love it
If they're out of style why do 90% of spec homes have open floor plans
