I have unlocked my bootloader on my XT1607 (Harpia) Moto g 4th non-Amazon variant and it says "Software Status Official" Status code 3. but I cannot restore even with the RSDLITE, it will just keep on rebooting and keeps on saying that "YOUR BOOTLOADER HAS BEEN UNLOCKED". and I can get into fastboot mode and I cannot access the recovery even if I flashed the stock or the custom recovery it will just boot back in to fastboot
Bro i dont have words to thank you.you saved my life..thanks a ton.just one note to all people trying this device remember one thing,you can not downgrade the firmware with this method so use the latest firmware in my case it was not availible on the site given so i downloaded one from google.and yeah i am not responsible for any damages caused by following what i say..

An OTA somehow bricked my 2-month old Moto Z, along with what seemed like a corrupted OS since it threw verification failed warnings on boot. I suspected the corrupted OS caused the failed OTA.
Thanks to your guide, some dudes on XDA, and personal friends, I managed to get my Moto working perfectly again! Was a bit of a faff due to Windows 10 and all, but it wasn't overly complicated.
Saved me a few bucks and a potential courier fee. xD

hi and thank u, I was able to awaken my moto xoom tablet and i flashed the firmware i thought was the right one but now when android open every single service says unfortunately it has to close". b4 i installed the firmware i found out that this tablet comes from factory with honeycomb 3.2.2 and later was upgraded to jelly bean 4.1.2 which i haven't been able to find, it is a xoom stingray cdma from verizon any sugestions will be graetly apreciated. again your was one of the best explained articles i have seen.

Hello Rootjunky i ran into a problem.. My device is Moto G XT1031 running Lollipop 5.1 on a Stock Rom Build not sure or dont remember bcuz it is bricked and stuck on motos boot logo, i tried following you're steps and the problem im facing is i cannot get RSD Lite to recognize or find my phone, ive tried different ports, cables and tips you suggested but nothing. It does connect to my pc although because i hear it connect. All i need is for the phone to show up on RSD Lite and id be golden. Any tips or suggestions? Id greatly appreciate it if you got back to me or anyone else that sees this. Thank you.
Not sure you are still checking comments, but I have tried all the firmware listed for my phone and it fails each time. Underneath the battery line it says device locked, not sure if that is the issue. I can scroll through modes, but I won't let me select anything. The error is failed flashing process 3/27 flash partition gpt.bin phone returned FAIL

Hello. I have a Xt1069 "bricked". I can not flash anything in it. Fastboot is ok. Its recovery is TWRP 3.2.1. I can not flash a stock ROM neither a LineageOS. I can not flash another recovery. Every time that I try the first message on the flash list is FAILED (remote failure). I have noticed that there is a "has-slot: not found" in some cases. Is it a hardware problem? I use Linux Mint in my PC with adb, fastboot and RSD. Please help me. Thanks a lot!!

I want to have more knowledge on what has happened to my phone. I own a Moto G3 XT1543 with Android 6.0 M (Stock). The firmware or bootloader has never been modified or unlocked. The only updates that were installed on the phone were the official ones I recieved. From one moment to another the phone never powered on again, i followed the standard procedures by mantaining the Power + Vol Down buttons for more than one minute with and without the charger and it did not respond. The only vitals signs that acknowledged that the phone is not completely dead were when I connected the phone through USB to a Windows PC, showing as an HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3) in the Device Manager, however the phone screen did not show any image or signs of being alive, dispite of being recognized in the OS. I appreciate any insight or way of trying to recover the phone.

the problem with my device is it is stuck in a continous restarting cycle and unfortunately my power button is ruined. It would either flash the blue startup motorola icon screen or if I press the volume down button, it would show the Android logo for a few seconds and restart again. Please help..

I have the VZW XT1528 Mote E and I am getting a gpt.bin error when flashing with RSD Lite. I tried editing that out and it continues on until the system partitions and it fails there.

I tried the other one and get the same error (older version). The error I get is a Preflash validation failed. On the phone with the bootloader logs, it says: version downgraded for primary_gpt, same error with both versions.

I've tried blankflash batch file from XDA forums but that gets stuck in a hello for command loop or error reading packets. I remember this has a ReTIN firmware file on Nougat 7.1.1. What solution is possible?
you need the right blank flash file for your device. that is the only way to fix it.
Sir actually i tried to flash my phone using RST but it first stuck to 54% and then stuck at 75% and flashing failed in both cases and when I tried to boot manually it showed 'No OS found... device would not boot'...i was using windows 8....is that an issue??

These Newer Motorola's need a special edl cable when they are in a dead hard brick state and there is no information on the internet about how to make one or where to get one. All I see is information for xiaomi phones and Samsung but no Motorola
