My dude, you are a HERO! Like some others here, I tried flashing, new boot loader, root, etc etc etc. . Tried everything. Even this program.. BUT what I learned from my earlier fails, is that I have to hold down volume up + down, when the programm tells me to connect the device. After a minute or so, it picked up my phone and restored it in under 10 minutes. This video brought back my believe in motorola rescue, thanks a lot!

I literally tried EVERYTHING, I tried to flash different roms from TWRP, I tried to flash the stock rom from ADB, manually and automatcally, I tried to install different versions of TWRP and nothing was working, I had just lost my hoping. When I just found your video, to be honest I never thoughout it'd work, but for my surprise, IT DID. So, thank you for that vídeo, I just love you man, you just saved my life. THANKS A LOT

@Derek Kranz you create an account, put your cellphone in bootloader, download the room by the app and than install it by the app. Everything in app

Awe man. Wow. Wow. Man I've been up for two days trying everything to stop boot loops, fastbooting this and flashing that, looking at videos, reading and attempting to pull hair out that I don't even have anymore. I just knew that something as simple but extradordinary as this could not work and if it did it would not work for me. I am the epitome of bad luck. I just can't believe that it worked. I literally did nothing but watch it do its' thing! To say that you are a life savior would be an injustice to you. You're that Dude! You're THE DUDE, MAN! Thank you but this rescue and smart assistant just keep seeking the firmware endless. I did try restart and the phone, I tried to manually get the firmware but It fail and told me I have the latest firmware but It's the wrong firmware Installed on my phone. Then there's nothing I can do anymore?

I installed a ROM on my Moto G31 to go back to Android 11 and now it does nothing. It doesn't turn on, the recovery doesn't work, it literally does nothing. Do you know if I can do something?

Hey, i am curious because my screen doesnt look like that one. When I open "rescue" it just wants me to enter my IMEI number. But when i do (I pull it up from the "barcodes" option on the bootloader screen) it tells me that it is invalid. How do i get it to connect to my device? Was I supposed to have used this app prior to my phone going down ?
When you unlock the boot loader it gives you a new IMEI

hope you are doing well. i have problem with my motorola g5 plus xt1804 i was using my wats app and suddenly my fone crahed its been 4 days now when i start my fone it starts and go to pin lock when i enter my passward it restarts again and then keep on restarting again and again. i have some very important data and my business wats app and email on that how can recover my fone witout loosing all my data. i cant even enable USB debuging on that.

Hi, It does not work on my Motorola moto g2 xt1068 (2nd gen).😣 The Flashing process gets stuck at 52% and then the Flashing process failed at 76%.. its says Error message Flash failed, Please try again. Edit: I forgot to mention, on bootloader it still says "device is LOCKED".
Edit 2: When I tried "CLARK_RETUS_6" it didn't work because of downgrade failed messages.
It didn't work on my Motorola X Pure. I think I may have special case. I tried CLARK_RETUS_7 with Motorola firmware rescue tool. Then I tried CLARK_RETUS_6 with your "Moto X Pure Clark batch files.zip"". None of those options worked. I keep having FRP lock. I tried with google account related to this phone and it keeps saying "Unable to sign in to device due to a unknown error. Please try another account or try to sign in again after 24 hours". I tried after 24 hours and I got the same message. I don't know what else to do. Should I try twrp 3?

I tried using this to restore my moto g power 2021 after (stupidly) locking the bootloader after flashing an unofficial recovery, but it kept saying something along the lines of "to prevent damage caused by flashing, we recommend sending your device to a service center." and just wouldn't start the rescue process. It made me download the file and everything just to tell me to send it to a repair center. Not sure if there's a method to save this phone since it seems to be hard-bricked, it won't even boot into recovery mode. RSD Lite didn't work, and the official recovery tool pretty much just said to get it fixed in person. Is there another way, or am I just SOL?

I got in a bootloader loop because of this tool trying to upgrade my Moto G5 from Android 7.0 to 8.1 (official update). Nothing else to say... LOL Luckily, restarting the phone seems to revert the changes, which apparently, if unsuccessful, are not permanent. I followed the instructions step by step.

im trying to restore my device that i believe is bricked, when i plug in the device the tool search, found and downloaded the most suited firmware for my phone. when i click on rescue its starts the process normally but then it gets stuck at 53% at about 3 mins in the phone blanks of and comes on again as if nothing jus happened and then it says " flash failed usb cable or usb port is loose. make sure to plug tightly. I tried the suggestions and still the same thing. Can some one help me? E5 PLUS XT1924-7

After this process, the FRP was still activated and I was not able to get past the password screen (even though the Rescue tool said "Unlock PIN lost"). How do I get a "new phone" install?
this method is not designed to remove FRP. if you want to remove the pin then you need to factory reset in recovery

@@brightidea1 download a frp tool for removing the frp. Its getting harder and harder to remove them every day
Search the model number of your phone with FRP on RUclips and it'll help you get past the protection and unlock the device you can also do a hard reset or try to edit a Word when you get to the Wi-Fi login

put the htc 10 in to hboot and flash the firmware from the sdcard.
