Is there an option to install older version of android not the newest?
Tried this, got an error saying to contact them on the website, Did that, got told I'd have to access level 2 support... Which is only available via phone... How are people supposed to call them when they can't use their phones???
@motorolasupport I can't install the RSA software on my PC, it gets to the step where it's trying to install "Motorola End User Driver 6.4.0" and the installation freezes?
How about on and off screen does it helps?
when the file downloads it say's failure to decompress what can I do to fix that?
Hi, how do i see the logs of the rescue process. There is no log tab or open log folder in the settings menu. could you help me how to read the rescue log files .

Despite using it carefully, my screen now has 8-10 green lines, which is really frustrating and disappointing. I expected better durability and reliability from such a trusted brand. Please provide a solution or address this issue, as it’s disheartening to face this kind of problem just a little over a year after purchase.

I am unable to run latest version o 32 bit computer. When I install older version is it is forcing to newer version. How stupid Lenova is in upgrading software. Utter idiotic level of service ! Never buy Lenova products
