If the caller is calling from an android, gently tap on the actual phone number. A drop down menu appear under the number that includes the call history. If the caller is calling from an iPhone the drop down menu is totally different and does not include the history.
Does this phone come with the app MDM already downloaded into the phone? My phone says on the bottom, when I open it... This device is owned by your organization. I'm told it comes with the phone. I think it's refurbished and they couldn't take it out and passing it off as already coming with the phone. I bought it new.
It could be new, as businesses tend to have unopened devices on standby to use if needed. When their inventory is set to change due to time past, or their needs changing, they will get rid of all of the devices, new or used. They typically do so through an electronics recycler that will likely erase and refurbish the devices prior to resale. This step isn't taken if the device is sealed in it original box, however if it was setup from the manufacturer for the original business, or the original business doesn't remove it from their management, it would be managed even if it was brand new. You can either contact the seller and kindly let them know, or try factory resetting the device, which forces the phone to re-check for management, which may cause it to "realize" it's no longer managed. Hopefully that helps

While I click the power button and it's locked the screen Google will listen to me but if I hit the power button and turn the screen off it stops any idea how to fix this. Nothing more convenient than needing a flashlight when your working on something and just being able to shake your light on. The camera roll on is not something I need but the camera shake on has been the main reason for my phone selection for years and years now. I give up service and battery life for the ability to shake my light on.
It's literally just about preference. Some people like it, and some people don't. Don't expect a general audience to agree with you. You're not required to use it.

In your settings search for "sensitivity", And the options of pop-up to adjust the sensitivity level
