      @@koiifsh Dunno if they do, but I do... Practise.
      Simple as that. Pick up photos, poses you find super cool in animations and/or comics, people you see practicing something on the streets... Straight out draw. Pick up muscle and skeleton references, too, as they are important to make anatomically correct characters. Tho the main key here is... try.
      Grab a sketchbook, try it millions of times. Don't erase any of the tries, just keep them, check what's wrong, if possible check it with a tutor but if not... try with your reference, see what has in your reference that is not in your drawing and vice-versa. But try. Don't be afraid of making mistakes, they're part of life, it's pretty common and it would actually be really weird if you began drawing like Da Vinci out of nowhere without months, years of practice.
      Just don't be afraid, you'll do well no matter how wrong you're doing it! ;)

    For step 10, I'm not sure if you know but you can create noise within Clip Studio Paint itself (instead of needing to create it in Photoshop) - it's under filter > render > perlin noise and you can change around the settings until you like it! I usually use it with overlay at around 10% opacity as well

    Hi, thank you for this sincere tuto.
    I would like to know how you choose the color for your painting :)

    • @kurohshiro
      @kurohshiro  Год назад +1

      Hi, I normally choose a fairly desaturated base colour and give them either warm lights and saturated cool shadows or cool light and saturated warm shadows. But I will make an extra video about this topic^^

    Thanks a lot for the tips is really motivating to see your thinking behinde the process with which you create your picie!
    Btw there is some particular reason why you dont use pureref for the ref or is just an habit to do it that way?

    • @kurohshiro
      @kurohshiro  Год назад +1

      I think it's more a habit I got used to. And i love to have my refs sorted in groups. I also like to revisit some reference files later again. This can be for the next piece or in a couple of months^^

    Thank you for your amazing video it was very helpful!💗 May I ask 2 questions? 1. How do you use the liquify tool in CSP? 2. What was the effect on which you were able to paint with an outline? Thanks again 🫶

    • @kurohshiro
      @kurohshiro  Год назад

      Hey, thank you! You can choose between few modes when you open your Liquify Tool, you can test them by simply holding and dragging them over your layer. It's a bit difficult to explain it with words. I am sure there are videos of it online :)
      I showed it in the video: Its a layer style you can find under layer properties (window -- layer properties) There you can find all options to choose the outline width and colour :)

    in my opinion, i'd say that there is no such thing as cheating in art, because as they always say: "work smarter, not harder".
    also your art is very pretty!

    My favorite is alhaitam💚
    May I ask, how many days or how many hours do you work on one illustration?

    • @kurohshiro
      @kurohshiro  Год назад

      sadly i dropped the Alhaitam drawing..I got too frustrated with it :/ Some drawings take my 100h, some only 14h (pure drawing time). Since the Alhaitam drawing already exceeded the 100h I didn't want to spend more time on it
