    0:56 rd6 might seem like a blunder, but it is quite beautiful since after qxd6 exd6 rxe4, the rook can't stop promotion after d7 with either re8 or rd4.

      lol but what about at 1:53 Qb2+? There's definitely endless checks there and eventually the queen will be taken once checkmate isn't threatened.

      A "Botez gambit" is just gambiting the queen for nothing but an "oh no my queen" is just not "gambiting" but "sacing" the queen.

    At 1.54 after aligning the king and queen in the same diagonal opponent does a pawn move to give discovered check , but can't he skewer white king and queen on that move rather than the pawn move , or I'm missing something.

    Didn't he hang his rook at 0:56? After queen takes rook, pawn takes queen black can take the queen back because the pawn was pinned

      The pawn would simply promote in that case... Eric would play d7 and rook can't stop it since d4 is covered by pawn

      Nope because if Qxd6, white has exd6. Then after black plays Rxd4, white plays d7 and pawn promotion is unstoppable

      Not a real pin. If Qxd6 exd6 and Rook takes Queen, he could've pushed the pawn on d6 and black can't stop it from queening.
