They used to make a "Cajun" McCormic seasoning that was amazing. That said, I prefer some tomatoes in my chili. A can or two of canned tomatoes crushed by hand and added is nice. The real secret is a can of tomato soup added. It will literally make your chili amazing. And 2 pounds of meat.
3 boxes of jiffy, 2 eggs, half a tub of cottage cheese, spoon of dill, ad milk until it stirs good. Let it sit for 15 minutes before baking in a 2-3” pan.

It has two cans of Rotel in it, so lots of tomatoes. I prefer more of a chicken broth vs tomato base. Thanks for watching!
