"Woman Afraid" -- Season 4 episode of Four Star Playhouse starring Ida Lupino, from 1956. The quality is rough but watchable-and about the same as another version that used to be available online but that I can't find anymore.

Ida was one of the great talented ladies of her day! She worked hard to be where she was. She was respected for her work as an actress and director she paved the way for all women to become the star that she was!!!

My mother looked like a lighter haired version of Ida Lupino when she was young. Makes me miss her more seeing this. She's been gone three years now. It was neat learning that Ida was also a gifted director.

What a good episode with an excellent actress, Ida Lupino was wonderful in every role she played. This story was quite similar to a movie Ida made a few years earlier, "Beware, My Lovely", co-starring Robert Ryan.
It never really bothers me if an upload is not of high quality as long as the content is good, so thank you for posting.
