Teresa Wright was so wonderful in "The Best Years of Our Lives"!!!!!
Shadow of a Doubt. The best Hitchcock film ever.
Nice episode!
Nice, short and sweet.
Teresa Wright outstanding in anything!
Originally telecast on March 1, 1956.
A very clever, sensitive script.
Usually stories like this tend for the sugary. Not this one, though there were moments in the second half when it seemed that was where it was heading.
The final scene, at the airport "gate" for boarding.
Did you notice David's shadow flit on the backdrop as he tore himself away from Carol?
Wise choice, not to go!
Mom is just a bit too clingy. No wonder this guy was the first love.
Can you please post Playhouse 90 “Clipper Ship.”
Why are women always going to strange places with strange men? Was that the norm back then?
Teresa did the right thing.
