- A great way to make a Passive Income is by making word search books and publishing them on Amazon KDP. Word search books are so versatile as they can be applied to almost any niche. I use them in my kid's activity books as well as specific topics like Christmas word search books and even Halloween word search books.
The advancements in AI have made making word search books so incredibly easy it hurts my brain. Literally you can ask Chat GPT to create all the topics and find words for your whole book in seconds and then use a program like Canva to create your word search book very easily.

By far the BEST YOU TUBE CHANNEL I'VE FOUND for really teaching a person how to make a legitimate income online! Thank you so much Ben! Most of the channels are just copied from one another and have no real value other than trying to get followers rather than actually trying to teach a real skill! I am definitely going to do this! @@solomonscourt8118 hey Solomon mate, I have no idea what your targets are, what sort ads your running, what book niche you’re in, how good your book cover is, how good your description and a+ content is, how much royalty per sale you make, how much you can afford to lose etc. I’m not in the game of blindly giving out random amounts per day without fully understanding what you have to offer and how saturated the niche is. Hmmm I tell you want have about you spend 1 dollar a day, if they work spend 5 a day and so on and so on

Because I see some books that just have affirmations and they are not considered low content? Thank you for your content I am slowly watching all your videos 😅
Watch them all 127283 times. Ahaha. The line between no, low and medium is sometimes a bit hazy. Ultimately it doesn’t matter really. If you submit a book you believe to be medium content and Amazon doesn’t agree they send you an email to change it to low content on dashboard. No hassle. Thanks for the support and comment.

Hi just done my first few pages of word searches and thought it looked different from other word search books. Then I realised the letters all have squares around them. Is there any sites where you can make your word search without the squares around the letters?

After I create/produce my puzzle, how do I make the puzzle to a paperback so I can sell it on Amazon? It seems like a lot of people shows the content. There are tons of videos on that. I get the pdf. But who produce these paperback using my puzzle?
You need to create the interior via a program to put it all together

Ben when I download the puzzle image it seems a bit blurry and the quality seems not good enough to print. Is there a way to download it as pdf instead of png?
You can upscale the image by using a free upscaler or use the puzzle generator on book bolt but costs about 20 dollars per month
For coloring books you have to leave a blank page between drawing. Do you have to do the same for this type of content? Leave blank pages?

Hi! Thx for sharing your new video. It is very interesting. Just one quick question. Is it allowed to use the Word Search Generator you use in this video for commercial purposes? Most of these applications don't allow it.
Hia mate, I can’t find anything on their site to suggest otherwise. All Wordsearches generated go into public domain it says. If you indeed want to be 100% sure you can sign up to book bolt for a few dollars a month and generate as many as you want.

I brought 800 words from GBT chat to put them in the word search book. They are all general words, but I have some concerns that they contain words that have copyrights, especially since English is not my first language. What do you advise me?

How long till the word search niche gets saturated if it isn't already?
Your suggestion is that eventually there’s a total amount of books where by it’s impossible to make sales. Isn’t the case. Sales are fluid. Bestsellers change, do the work, do the promo you get sales regardless of how many books are published.
It keeps telling me the generator website is not secure.....is that a problem, can't anyone take and use my puzzle?

I'm doing this mate, I plan on publishing at least 20. Ill let you know if I get any good results from it. Worth a shot as a book takes me about an hour to do so even if I make a couple of quid its a bit of fun isn't it.

Do you think 30 to 36 pages of puzzles would be good to upload to kdp?
@@lolakolawole3358 Hi Lola, I get asked questions like this all the time… In my opinion, it’s perceived value over cost. Where value is “what the book is giving” vs cost. So a puzzle book with 30 puzzles will need to look amazing but probably priced almost the lowest you can whilst making a small royalty. Ask yourself this… “would I buy this book? And if so how much would I be happy to buy it for?” My recommendation is around 100 activities per puzzle book as that’s about the normal compared to most competitors in most niches. Hope that helps. You forgot to change the Canva elements into black. If printed in colour, the costs of Amazon printing will be more than the buyers will pay.
If you select black on kdp dashboard the elements print in black and grey anyways

When you do word searches do you skip a page like one would do for coloring books so the word search puzzles don’t affect the game on the following page or doesn’t it matter for word search activities books to have back to back on every page with a game?

I think that you've omitted 2 important things:
1. You didn't mention what extensions you are using to get that data on sold products for to make an estimation.
2. You used colored graphics inside Canva, while the calculation you made is for a Black & White interior. It's not the same!
Tck publishing sales calculator and kdp royalty calculator. I know coloured is not the same. But when you select black and white when you publish all coloured elements become black and white
@@benmcqueeney are you sure that all colored elements become grayscale/black and white if you select black and white when uploading? Have you bought your own book to see? I’ve never tried that. I just select greyscale or black and white images because I think the colors would automatically be there even if you choose the other and as a result your book may get rejected. I could be wrong. Can you clarify if you’ve done what you’ve suggested and held a copy in your hand to be sure? Thanks for great video content.

Since the manuscript will be in color even though you upload & select black & white option, how does amazon show the look inside images....color as manuscript or black & white as you chose in upload? Reason I ask is if buyer is still able to see color in the look inside feature but gets black & white/grayscale, they may return or give a poor review. Have you checked the look inside for this? You used some animal images from Canva on your word search page. I thought that this was a Canva terms of use violation. Also you don't own the copyright for these images and copyright ownership is required by KDP if they are to publish. I would absolutely love to be wrong about this. Please let me know if I'm missing something.
Also, when you looked at how much could be made in royalties you searched for a black and white book (as opposed to color which is much more expensive). People should know that there is a different cost to print color. In your example you used animal images that were in color.
Finally, put your word search page in the center of the document. Do you adjust the document for left and right gutters?

The word search creator generates the solution too. What I tend to do is have six solutions on one page but smaller at the back of the book to save space. Hope that helps. Have you made one before?
@@benmcqueeney Are you putting a blank page behind each search page? So 100 search pages plus blanks would be 200 pages plus any introduction pages at the front and the solutions pages at the back (which could be double-sided). Nice explanation video too.

You do realize chat gpt can make a word search for you.... you just give it the list of words you want and it generates it and gives you the list of words used
