If its on time, its Chicago bound, just north (westbound) of the Minneapolis/St. Paul station. Don't know why it had to stop early, except to let that guy off, so he could get his car without going through the station and get out of there (perhaps?). If that's a setting sun, then all bets are off in terms of which direction and lateness.
