  • The athlete Bianca Williams is considering legal action against the Metropolitan Police, alleging they racially profiled her when she was stopped with her partner driving in London on Saturday.
The couple had their 3 month-old baby in the car when they were stopped, searched and handcuffed by police officers.
Scotland Yard says the driver sped off when asked to stop and that there was no concern about the officers' conduct.

The same would apply to any human driving a car regardless of race, gender etc. obey the law, be respectful, if asked to do something by a police office respectfully comply and ask for clarification after complying ........ sorry not everything is reported here both sides need to be shown ..... hope next time you stop for the police when requested. The only people committing crimes in this video are the Police.
The Police said that the couple were driving on the wrong side of the road which isn't possible on this road.
Plus if they were driving on the wrong side of the road, before they got here, why haven't the Police released the dash cam footage?
The answer is because the Police are most likely lying just like they always do with facts, and the law.
I've only just heard about this story, but straight away I noticed 2 instances of the Police lying to get what they want, as you do not have to get out of your car unless you have committed a crime which can be proven, and you should not be handcuffed unless you're under arrest and have been read your rights.
You don't have to say a thing, and I repeat you do not have to get out of the car. If you're grabbed by a Police officer when you you're not being arrested then that officer has committed an assault. If your path is blocked by a Police officer, who has said you are not under arrest, that officer has committed the crime of kidnapping.
They had not committed a crime and had not been arrested, therefore the Police committed assault, told told them the lie that they have to answer their questions and get out of the car, were ready to commit an even worse assault or commit criminal damage with the baton ready to strike, and worst of all the Police lied about the offences they said they committed, but didn't arrest or fine them for.

      @@baburnit On Christmas Eve 2019 I watched...
      Two undercover Police cars.
      Two Police vans.
      Eight Police cars.
Arrive outside my house to arrest, one skinny, Asian guy who had burgled one of my neighbours, 5 or 6 houses away.
There were at least 6 to 8 officers, pinning the guy face down on the ground for over 10 minutes, for no reason whatsoever.
It could have taken 2 people maximum to detain that guy, and put him in the back of one of their cars, but like always the Police are always excessive.
It's almost as if Police forces across the country, hire pussies who don't know how to defend themselves one on one, who think they're above the law and can break the rules themselves, go overboard and arrive straight away to minor crimes, and always take their time when there's a proper crime being committed.
It reminds me of a story from 2014, where 10 Police cars turned up to a shop in Coventry, because of complaints it was playing rap music.

Why are we once again being treated to an "incident" that only depicts half of the encounter and never the build up.
Regardless, if an officer asks you to get out of your car, you do. You do not go into hysterics. You do not give the officer reason to suspect your overreaction and, perhaps most importantly, you do not immediately assume it is because of your race.
The fact is, until all information is in hand, you have no idea why the officer has his or her attention on you. You do not know what just came in over the radio etc.
It *is* your civic duty to comply, and if or when it turns out they were wrong, you press that case after compliance. Not before.

At no point once stopped were they allowed to cooperate before being grabbed. There was no aggression from Ricardo until after three officers had bodily dragged him away from his car which he just voluntarily exited despite being threatened with a baton. Bianca didn't panic until after he was dragged off.
