Read two books trying to get this and you explained it in fifteen mins in the simplest way on earth . Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with the world please keep them videos coming
I think I am so much better to remember things if my professors are good in drawing these stuff while lecturing than making a table of this topic. KEEP UP FOR MAKING PHARMACOLOGY MUCH EASIER!! My board exam in Pharmacy is coming and I need a really good foundation for my module 4 and 6.
I have attended 4 weeks of lectures, read 100+ slides and chapters of textbook for 2 seperate classes (Medchem and Pharmacology) that all failed to put this into perspective until this video. This made me understand my whole life.
I don't understand English, but this video with russian subtitles. I watched this video with russian subtitles and it's helps me during to learn pharmacology. Thanks for video 👍🙏
Just wanted to say, this is going to be my 3rd time watching this video. Watched it in college for one of my classes, then again before the MCAT, and I'm about to watch it again before my medical board exam next week. Still the best video.
Very easy to understand, thank you buddy Make video on drugs acting on CNS Also include: General anaesthetics Sedatives and hypnotics Antiepileptics drugs Anti Parkinsonian drugs Anti psychotic and antimanic drugs Anti depressent and anti anxiety drugs Once again thank you very much and keep making great video like these😊
The nervous system is one of the vast and complicated topic in medicine and nursing, I have been trying to avoid this topic since year 10 after many failed attempts of reading for it but you made it easy... THANK YOU
watching first videos of a topic give first us an idea before opening our book since then when we read it , we can question ourselves that this is the phrases that explained on the video and for that we gain better understanding and grasp every phrases written in the book so it can really retain on our brain. keepz
Thank u so much. I have many issues related to my CNS and this has helped clarify some things for me as I was recently put on an anticholinergic med which I know is actually just the opposite of what I need. The GI doctor thought that what I was describing meant too much Betaine HCL ie. stomach acid being produced when actually I had a test performed proving that I have Hypochlorhydria ie. not enough hydrochloric acid (I now take Betaine HCL) and other digestive enzymes (I now take digestzymes) being produced/secreted, meaning constipation and honestly I feel mental health issues are related too. Keep up the good work!
Other channels are like thank u for watching this video This channel is like thank u for enjoying this video This is true for me I learned as well as enjoyed this video
Jesus brah! I'm in grad school to be a nurse anesthesiologist and reading these anesthesia text books are like watching paint dry. Great job of putting the "meat and potatos" of these concepts into a well structured and easy to understand presentation. I also appreciate the voice inflection as to not sound like Ben Stein (the dry-eye commercial guy) like other videos I've seen. 👏🏼
Yes i enjoyed it very well...Thankyou so much for such a concise and well explained lecture...which i literally didn't understand till now....A huge Thankyou❤
+Bella You're partially correct. It is true that POSTGANGLIONAR nerves work that way. That is: sympathetic is adrenergic and parasympathetic is cholinergic. Nevertheless, PREGANGLIONAR nerves are cholinergic in both systems.
+Scirvir24 ...It is necessary or not in A drug should have also muscuranic effect for para-sympathetic and for sympathetic Adrenergic...?? If a drug has not adrenergic receptor effect ...it will stimulate or not Sympathetic effect ?? hi guide me
Nice n very informative though. Even the video did not incorporate the functions of drugs as inhibit and secrete of the taking certain amount of drugs. If you study pharmacology, you should know about the threshold of the drugs too.
please keep making more videos. ive been waiting for more videos from you! :) ill be studying pharmacology this semester and your explanations help me alot.

It really helped me in sorting out my confusions..literally my headache..! :) thanks a lot..! :D
I think you have them switched, parasympathetic uses ACh and is cholinergic while sympathetic uses NE and Epi and is adrenergic.
+Bella You're partially correct. It is true that POSTGANGLIONAR nerves work that way. That is: sympathetic is adrenergic and parasympathetic is cholinergic. Nevertheless, PREGANGLIONAR nerves are cholinergic in both systems.
+Scirvir24 right, thanks for clarifying!
+Scirvir24 ...It is necessary or not in A drug should have also muscuranic effect for para-sympathetic and for sympathetic Adrenergic...??
