- Today we're taking a look at one of our world drop weapons this season, Ros Arago IV. This Void Auto Rifle really surprised me and I'm glad we finally got a roll good enough to be able to review this thing.

I've been messing around my void setup on Titan over the weekend, so I've been using it. It's definitely good for chewing through trash.

@@lightspeed-mecharena5929 as what the last guy said. Need to hang onto the destiny community for a little while longer until “into the light”. Just gotta remember these guys have family to feed and have a roof over their heads.
This weapon with repulsor/onslaught has been my go to weapon for my briarbinds warlock
I also use on Gyrfalcon Hunter. So much invis that when your health is low, just invis and let it replenish.

Seeing as gnawing hunger hasn't had a perk refresh on years it was long overdue for a new auto to shine.
That rewind onslaught roll is so great
The only bad part is if you miss the final shot rewind doesn't work so big negotiate since it spams so many shots with onslaught
I got 5/5 perfect roll of this, the first one that dropped... it felt better than getting a raid exotic.

An Offensive Bulwark Sentinel Titan would go well with the Repulsor Brace + Tricorn roll, since that makes having a VO speed up your grenade regen. Add Devour from Echo of Starvation and throw in Armamentarium for a second grenade charge, mix in volatile rounds from Echo of Instability, and top that off with some Controlled Demolition (you dont need Bastion if Ros is constantly making VOs for you) to spread the volatile around even more, and you can watch whole rooms of adds get reduced to purple confetti. Meanwhile, the VOs and extra health from CD will be keeping you alive.
Instead of a second grenade charge, you could go with Doomfangs for more void weapon damge, or HoIL to further bump your grenade regen by casting barricade, which will be refilled by Void Breaches you can easily create.
Or, you can meme the build out even further, and throw on Actium War Rig (dont forget void surge mods on the legs) and practically never stop shooting.
When I see a pile of those submunitions from Wild Card, I like to throw a Vortex Grenade in the middle and have it draw the nearby enemies directly into the munitions and absolutely melt them.
I have a dynamic sway & onslaught roll. Use it PvP all the time. It’s amazing and the closest feeling of having master of arms that I’ve had since recluse. It freaking shreds and it catches em off guard.
2nd one I had drop about 2 weeks ago was a repulsor/onslaught roll. Absolutely ridiculous on a Gyrfalcon build. Made me play Hunter again for the first time in a long time.
Absolutely loving these random rolled world drop weapons. No focusing, no crafting, just pure D1 RnG and getting that god roll feels amazing. I was so happy when i got my crux termination with reconstruction and explosive light. I haven't felt that excited about a god roll in ages.
Choosing Subsistence over Rewind Rounds is absolutely crazy on all counts.
Not really, missing that last shot on rewind is easier than you think when you have SMG rate of fire
@dmonah1104 use the right barrel and you're good. This isn't a jumpy gun.

@@bennygerow maybe once? Mostly just regular legendary drops in mid-activity. It just seems like I get plenty of the other rare drops (tons of strand lmg's), but only a small handful of largely crap rolls for Arago. Stuff like attrition orbs, permeability, etc.
Same bro I've gotten subsistence/surrounded 3 times. It's not a bad roll but as a gyrfalcons main I want the repulsor brace/onslaught so bad

@@PhilusteenYup, I have yet to get a single one with onslaught on it. I literally have had it drop with ever other fourth column perk BUT onslaught ☹️
I've gone back and forwards between a repulsor brace roll and a rewind round roll, and to be honest the gun reloads so damn quick that the bonus rewind ammo wasn't worth losing the overshield.
Especially considering if I get a voidgrenade kill it procs volatile rounds which will then proc repulsor. On a grenade build, this gun is filthy.
Cassoid has become my favorite weapon foundry by a country mile thanks to weapons like this. My one roll (Dynamic Sway, Golden Tricorn) isn't the God roll but it is still my go-to void energy weapon in basically everything I can bring it to.
It took forever to get one to drop for me but when it finally did RNGesus sent me two blessings. Subsistence/Onslaught and Repulsor Brace/ Golden Tricorn.
I asked for Dynamic Sway/Onslaught with a stability masterwork for PVP. I'm still waiting for that blessing.
Positive Outlook w/ extended mag, ambitious assas., and repulsor brace cooks in Gyrfalcon build!

The chase for this gun was what drove me to keep playing in the drought. I finally got it about a week or two a go and now the game is fun again lol
@@GearGolemTMF yeah I been doing it for this and the rocket launcher. Whatever I had I just shoved in the vault and forgot to check the rolls. Got the god roll for the rocket launcher too.

@@rubenjaimes1194 I didn’t think about the slide shot launcher. Pretty sure I sharded one. I got Reconstruction+Explosive light and ran with it 🤷🏾♂️. Glad you got out of the rat race relatively early though.

i have yet to get rewind onslaught but i first got repulsor tri and i loved it, second roll was permeability onslaught and it is amazing, i love being able to have a 600 rpm auto with onslaught that can deal any type of damage, then i most recently got repulsor
onslaught and it is perfect with the void hunter. still trying to get rewind onslaught though. 100% my current fav energy auto
I love my rewind/deconstruct roll. Volatile + telesto explosions make my brain happy
Permability is amazing on this gun with the solar artifact perks shit scorches and ignites and works with strand too.
2:50 permeability is amazing i love to use it on builds that i need a certain type of gun for such i can pop my class ability and now i can have radiant or make threadlings or get icon tracers
Yep. I have a parabellum with permeability and adagio and it’s now my favorite smg.

rewind deconstruct infinitely refills the magazine as long as your hitting shots
After a long drought of not getting any, i managed to get 2 on Saturday. One with rewind onslaught and the other dynamic sway onslaught. Just want to get repulsor onslaught for the clean sweep. Im not the biggest fan of autos but will have to give them a try.
I held onto a subsistence onslaught one when I started playing again a few days back, glad I did seeing it making some waves now.
This dropped for me with range MW during the legendary play through of the campaign and haven’t taken it off my build ever since
I got one of these with subsistence and onslaught. And with actium on, it absolutely melts
I managed to get a rewind and onslaught roll, pairing that with the war rig for titans is just insane
Permability and Golden Tricorn work together so I can fit it in any build, I mainly use it on a strand hunter bombadiers build to get a 50% damage buff with unraveling rounds and space for a kinetic special
4:11 another reason why permeability is fantastic bec u can use a arc build and go nuts with icon traces left and right

Cross, what are your thoughts on xeno getting a catalyst that reads similar to wlf pack rounds but instead all fireteam LMGS now get explosive payload?
I've got a few good rolls of this since the season started ... Including the rewind+deconstruct combo.
Love that roll, I've ended up with rewind reloading the entire clip before because of deconstruct.

I just got a rewind onslaught roll today. Haven't tried it, but a go to for me is my permeability golden tricorn roll. Works with any subclass to get gt×2
I got the Dynamic sway tonight, it helps with control when you hit that x3 mode. (I’m on controller)
Ive managed to get multiple onslaught roles, and i love them. Tho i have actually been enjoying a rewind/gold tricorn role since i got it.
Also paired this second role with a Warlock Controverse Hold build for grenade power and uptime to help maximize my use of G. tricorn. Works pretty good

i've got a rewind onslaught roll, but i'm looking for repulsor/golden tricorn to run with a contraverse hold build. otherwise, i might also look for permeability golden tricorn for viability with other subclass builds
My permeability onslaught is my favorite weapon this season. Using it with precious scars on stasis for my full stasis lodout and it’s great.
I got three I have kept. Rewind and onslaught. Repulsor and golden tricorn. Repulsor and onslaught. All three have a purpose in my various builds.
I was thinking it was good, this is good stuff.
Also recommended the Coronach for solar stuff
I have been crazy lucky with world drops on this one 3 versatile drops : Repulsor/permeability/rewind rounds and onslaught so depending on build this thing rocks!

This the 2nd video I've seen today on this auto rife (shout out to Datto). I just checked my vault and have Rewind with Onslaught so I'm good for now. I'll get around to trying it out on day.

Permeability goes away when you pick up a tangle, BUT will still retain reload speed from stand loader mods when it reverts back to void (until you stow).
Question for the team - does damage from the wild card bolts feed into damage-triggered buffs like onslaught/subsistence?

The rewind rounds/onslaught roll is great. Pair this with Doom Fang Pauldron and become an add deleting machine.

I have just Repulsor brace, Reconstruct on it although its a very good auto absurd the rpm and noise, a good contender against summoner
Rewind Onslaught for me, procs more than Subsistence. I use with 2 Surges and Time Dilation and it’s great

I'm Diggin' my Rewind Rounds-Onslaught roll. Mixing that with my "Void Buddies" with Briarbinds? MAD.
Repulsor / onslaught with backup mag on, mixed with Briarbinds makes my warlock feel like an unstoppable void overshield titan
Gnawing Hunger was my favorite for a long time. Really want to get my hands on one of these but my RNG hasn't been great.
I wonder if the submunitions can benefit from energy ammo types like unraveling rounds or volatile rounds
I have one with Onslaught/Subsistence and another with Onslaught/Repulser Brace. They both are fantastic
If you get one with deconstuct + rewind rounds try it and see how many rounds you'll fire before having to reload.
Been searching for one of these since I saw the perks on Light gg when the season dropped.
Got a meh, roll right now with Onslaught on it and it kicks ass. A god roll will feel fantastic.

And to think I was disappointed with my Onslaught/Rewind Rounds roll when it initially dropped (wanted DSR or subsistence) but pairing it up with Actium War Rig has turned me into a war machine. It’s just great!

Cross you need to try the Rewind Rounds and Deconstruct combo, since they both proc on hit rather than from kill you can fire up to 280 rounds without reloading!!!
don’t normally use autos but this slaps, closest thing we’ve had to atheons epilogue since they neglected to reprise it with vog

I have one with subsistence and deconstruct. it's a lot of fun, a lot of ammo for ad clear and also for tougher mobs. But I'd love to try more rolls.

I've gotten probably 45 drops of this weapon. Some really interesting cool combos. Haven't gotten onslaught to drop on a single one. Permeability on this for strand builds is really good though.
Where do you farm it?
I almost fell off my chair when I got Arrowhead/Chambered | Extended.M/10 Range | Repulsor - Onslaught | Stability masterwork while almost giving up on the Throne World HVT strat.
you could also try HOIL void titan maybe but i think this cooks with briar binds and also with hunter
Im still waiting for an Onslaught, Rampage roll to get put back on a weapon, we haven't seen that combination of perks on a weapon since the original version of Breakneck was released years back.

I’ve had 5 drop, all with attrition orbs and wild card. Only ever dropped for my warlock too
You should try rewind rounds and deconstruct. It is better than onslaught as splay bullets all day as deconstruct will partially reload weapon plus rewind rounds add more bullets so will not need to reload for very long time. Try it and see. Good on single targets like bosses.
Yup! Repulsor and golden tricorn is pretty good too. I switch between both
its kinda crazy in an extra long season bungie didnt give u a method to farm some of the world drops

Just to make sure, there isnt really a way to farm this right? At the very least, is this something that can drop at the end of a crucible match, or does it have to be out in PvE?

Yea I haven’t used anything other than sun shot for ad clear but this gun on hunter void build man it’s just so good. It’s ok in PvP especially when you get 3 stacks of onslaught it rips. But you know it’s just range and stability that kinda holds it back from being too tier for PvP still very fun to use tho for both modes

PSI HERMETIC V Is also a really nice world drop IMO its a really solid PVP Pulse rifle.
I stopped my brother, a fairly new/returning player, from melting a godroll of this gun.. He was literally seconds away from trashing it while he streamed. I just happened to look at my other moniter before the deletion bar finished haha... I think my neighbors 3 houses down probably heard me scream- STOP!!!!!! 😂😂😅
Permeability/Onslaught good for when i switch up to my Stacy Build.
This is the only gun I use attrition orbs on with rewind rounds on a void subclass it makes it that much easier to keep Devour up
Golden tricorn and repulsor brace.
Warlock with veritys brow
Fragment that weakens targets with grenades
Volotile rounds on grenade kill
Picking up a void breach grants devour
1kill with auto 2 magnetic grenade the next person 3 shred with a golden tricorn x2 auto rifel and get oversheilds and health back everk kill. Optional but hand held supernova also oneshots with one void kill.
So thoughts on Rewind Rounds and Onslaught with Actium War Rig for the Titans?
I ran this but with subsistence. So fun.
