Ingredients
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 1 pc
Ham
Cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley
Method of preparation
Grate the potatoes, add salt, black pepper, 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 egg to them.
We mix well. We pour the resulting mixture into a pan, which we grease with oil.
Roast for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Turn over using a plate and put cheese and ham in one half.
Let it bake for 5 minutes.
Fold in half and serve.
Sprinkle with parsley.

Ну это точно не омлет, это блюдо для фокусов, столько раз переворачивать сковороду и тарелку ради одного сомнительного блюда это надо было же так заморочиться
