Ingredients
Chicken breast - 500 grams / 18 oz
Potatoes - 3 pcs
White wine - 40 ml
Garlic - 4 cloves
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 500 ml / 2 cups
Cheese - 100 grams / 3.50 oz
Olive oil - 50 ml
Butter - 30 grams / 1 oz
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Cut the potatoes and chicken breast into small cubes.
We put them in a tray. I use 2 small clay bowls.
Salt, sprinkle with thyme, black and red pepper.
Add olive oil, putting 20 ml of olive oil in each bowl. Add the white wine, dividing it into the two bowls. As shown in the video above. We mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/374°F for 35 minutes. During this time, we prepare the topping by frying the mashed garlic in the heated oil for 1 minute on a low heat. Add the flour, fry for 2 minutes on a low heat.
Then add the hot milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Boil for 3 minutes on low heat. When we turn off the heat, we add the cheese. Stir well until melted. We take out the semi-finished potatoes with chicken and cover them with the topping. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
