      I havent used it as much as I would like. For what it does its very good at a good price. I would buy it again.

    You should first use a meat grinder by 3mm . And use a Ice water , the meat become than more Creemy ! if than the meat have the color than a Perl than ists finish to made the Sousage

    3:44 - God damn, that blade looks scary lol. I wouldn't feel safe operating such machine like that with the blade exposed and imagine if the switch turned on "accidently"... now a missing hand emulsified to the ground meat. How is this machine any different or better from a Ninja/Vitamix blender? I could always throw ice into the chute to a blender and fine tune the speed.
