I’m a new subscriber and was diagnosed with pinched nerve L4-5 S1 (MRI) have been under a chiropractor for 6 months now. I have a numb big toe, slight low back pain occasionally. Definitely getting better, I’m in my 50’s. I’ve been sleeping with the pillow between the knees on my side or under the knees on my back But the pillow hack (lowering it to accommodate the shoulders is a game changer! Thank you so much for that valuable piece of information.

I can’t lay flat on my back anymore, can’t breathe that way and have anxiety attacks right away. I use 2 pillows but on 35-45 degrees angle and the top of my head is in between 1st pillow and 2nd. Very comfortable and no pain

Totally understand how that might help. The only thing i wanted to get across was the long term damage this position can cause. Are you able to sleep on your side? What about side/stomach or full stomach?

Hi! Thank you for the information. I checked the pillow but I don't know what size is for me. I'm 5'2 petite, I wonder if the Pillow petite size is for me. Thank you

You would most likely use a petit or regular. I use a measuring tool in my office to confirm.
