Well I guess after 20+ years in signage. Im glad to say I've implemented the first 3 techniques. Major factors is the prep, outgassing, material, work space, vehicle condition and temperature. I definitely dont use primer.
these videos do have tremendous amount of knowledge in it....its so informative that being a newbie I already got my basics very strong and lucid...Once a master always a master....❤
Don't you think that when you feed it in to the corner, then work your excess out your fingers and shaking do apply tension to a film? Yes there is a tension, and you would have to postheat it regardless. But technique I use all day long, and it works very well every time. ;)
Yes, and you can see the edges of the squares. They are all wonky. If this is a detailed comercial wrap. Itll never work. Especially if you are near a registration point, lettering, etc etc. They only touched on posthearing the handle for 5sec because its the easiest and works, cant make too many videos on that lol
All good, but if you not hit deepest of recess at once heating above, and instead squeegee little by little into recess, you would end up with glue lines as you would squeegee under tension. Not so good if its color change wrap...
Justin’s “never stop learning” catchphrase is 100% real. I’ve been watching him for 10 years and I learn something new every time.
Wrapping my own car soon these videos help out a lot. 👍🏼 makes me feel more comfortable in doing so for my first time.👌🏼
Glad to hear it! :)
Prep is super important... dust likes to hide everywhere. Also, if you can wrangle another set of hands it'll help a lot.
I have my own shop or this video helps me a lot of technique to past pvc
