My buddy Keith tried camping out on top of a building once. He was shooting crows, but the police were too busy teargassin' him to ask what he was doin' up there. There are claims that the final tf2 comic is actually being worked on and will possibly be finished, finally. So if that’s true and we see that… who knows? Maybe one day we’ll get a comic/resolution for the l4d2 survivors.
@@voxfoxclips8684 the first few panels of the final tf2 comic were uploaded to twitter some time ago, so there's definitely a chance we might finally get it
An interesting thing about that map in the farmhouse, is that it shows all the campaign’s locations. (The base texture doesn’t have the blood splatter) Fairfield, Riverside, Newburg, and the Allegheny forest are quite literally within walking distance of eachother, being at most an hour or two on foot from one another. Unfortunately, that doesn’t line up with any of the real-life geography we know of (Like Philadelphia or irl Riverside), so it’s unclear whether that map is canon or just a beta leftover.
The lawnmower is certainly a Braindead reference. The scene in question has the protagonist going ham on zombies with a lawnmower and eviscerated them. So zombies +lawnmower + nothing left but viscera = Braindead reference.
I always ready myself mentally before i play blood harvest, it was the scariest campaign for me, the vegetation and a house in the middle of the woods kept me unsettled.
on the map in the farmhouse, the x’d out areas in the middle are referring to fairfield, riverside, and newberg, with them being across the river from each other and basically showing the progression of the game

Hey, thank YOU for creating this series Conz. An interesting detail about this campaign that I like is that you can see through wall graffiti and evac notices that people were still talking about the evacuation centers and cities we’ve already encountered (Riverside, Newburg, etc). It’s interesting to see people talking about places that WE know have been overrun or abandoned, but the survivors attempting to fell the national forest area did not. I like to imagine groups of survivors basically taking the opposite path as the survivors we play as, going from the forest and heading to Newburg, then Riverside and then Fairfield because they heard that those cities were still safe.

The reason why the cows are dead and faces skinned, is because thats how people used to test for mad cow disease. So the survivors and others are checking to see if their livestock is infected
Another thing im sad you didn't notice; The farmhouse "safehaven" probably had to be set up very very late into the Green Flu's spread. Unlike most safehavens in L4D, where they clearly had SOME sort of oversight with Militaria weapons or tanks or even fucking artillery cannons.. That's just a fucking farmhouse. Like, no joke, just a plain farmhouse some family lived in. They have a damn baby crib in the house. If an infected team can line up a charger run when the survivors are crossing that bridge in Chapter One, it's truly devastating. I've only seen it happen once as an infected team observer. And one of the survivors somehow survived by landing on the ground at the start of the bridge. But you can wipe the whole team if you time it just right.

These videos have very educational since l have been playing left 4 dead 2 for years and am now just learning about more facts and details and l was really hoping you would “break it down” as the finale for the videos
Culling is a pretty common event in the midst of a pandemic, I wonder if the cows were killed just in case, or if there were confirmed reports of the virus spreading through animals. In Left 4 Dead 1's cut content, there were zombie dogs, it never made it past concept art but still an interesting idea.
the cows also sometimes have their heads skinned, which is a rabies test thing. Probably culled, and probably before the shit fully hit the fan, during the earliest parts of the outbreak.
with how mutable the Green Fluu was, jumping from airborne to not, they probably didn't want to risk having another front of infection, let alone consume possible contaminated meat by mistake.
Hello conz I have request for a video. Theres a DLC for sacrifice covering alternate endings and having a lot more dialogues between survivor its in the workshop and its super fun to find out the alternate endings it would be so helpful if you cover these endings
What ticks me off so much when you show off the comic is the one line that a lot of people glance… they BYPASSED ECHO. The military dudes going AWOL deliberately sabotaged the survivor’s only shot at safety, drove past the fortified and prepped Echo and basically sealed Bill’s fate. Their trust in the military broke and they finally find safety in the Keys and maybe Echo eventually gets overrun, but still.
could be wrong, but I think the numbers on the APC are another case like the Korean C-130 markings. Pretty those are Finnish military markings, as the APC itself is a Finnish Sisu Pasi APC
Please do this series for either telltales twd or the supermassive games such as until dawn dark pictures and the quarry you have a great idea here I'd love to see it explored in other games
I'm curious now to see your takes on popular custom campaigns now, some of the big ones like Suicide Blitz 2 and Buried Deep have some fascinating designs and some lore to them.
I love this kind of videos, playing versus kinda made me numb to all the end-of-the-world atmosphere since its skips almost all not versus-useful stuff thats are not scripted. Hearing you reading all the graffitis in the safehouses, showing how everything went FUBAR for CEDA and then for the military. Damn this specific video pushed me to reread The Sacrifice comic, and I love the brutal way it depicts the horde, gruesome in close view and shadow-like figures in a far away view. Fun fact, Francis has a "we are cops" line as response for the radio soldier, he will even acknowledge that and mention it to the Captain.
Not sure why they changed the marking on the APC but due to its camo, I have a slight feeling this could be aimed to designate it as a german made APC. Pz isn't technically correct on how its used (i doubt Valve would know what the designations are though), but I think it's just little flavour like how the Plane in Dead Air is from South Korean Airforce. I couldn't find anything relating to the numbers, so either its just random numbers due to how German Designsations can look to people who don't know, or some obscure reference that isn't that obvious.
after dead air is a unfinished campaign called dam it before blood harvest. the unfinished campaign final is the first campaign that does not have any rescue. the 4 survivors straight went into the woods
I was gonna say this in a community post but figured I'd just do it here

the cows also sometimes have their heads skinned, which is a rabies test thing. Probably culled, and probably before the shit fully hit the fan, during the earliest parts of the outbreak.
with how mutable the Green Fluu was, jumping from airborne to not, they probably didn't want to risk having another front of infection, let alone consume possible contaminated meat by mistake.
@@youmukonpaku3168 I never knew that about their heads, cool info
Hello conz I have request for a video.
Theres a DLC for sacrifice covering alternate endings and having a lot more dialogues between survivor its in the workshop and its super fun to find out the alternate endings it would be so helpful if you cover these endings
Real💯💯💯.🙏🏽🩸🧟🦬🦁🦅 This series was a historic
Man time to not sleep tonight, not like i can fall asleep tonight anyway. LETS GOOOOOO!!
Let go another video :D....
While I realize they aren't canon it would be cool to see you over some of the stories that are being told in some of the community maps as well
What ticks me off so much when you show off the comic is the one line that a lot of people glance… they BYPASSED ECHO.
Amazing series
love this dude content
GOD MAN I'VE BEEN WISHING BLOOD HARVEST WOULD BE NEXT SINCE THE BEGINNING XD
I’ll be honest, I like L4D but how the timeline works is actually kind of confusing, but you made it very easy to digest so thank you man
could be wrong, but I think the numbers on the APC are another case like the Korean C-130 markings. Pretty those are Finnish military markings, as the APC itself is a Finnish Sisu Pasi APC
iused to play left4dead during my childhood friends and now were back at it, ill convince my friends to play left4dead in chronological order !
Please do this series for either telltales twd or the supermassive games such as until dawn dark pictures and the quarry you have a great idea here I'd love to see it explored in other games
really good series you did
Yeah!baby! Fresh update!
In all my years I’ve had this game, since it came out I never noticed them using dollar bills to keep the fire going at the start
4:00 that hunter just chilling on the roof is pretty funny
I'm curious now to see your takes on popular custom campaigns now, some of the big ones like Suicide Blitz 2 and Buried Deep have some fascinating designs and some lore to them.
Good job with all the vids, really good work
I love this kind of videos, playing versus kinda made me numb to all the end-of-the-world atmosphere since its skips almost all not versus-useful stuff thats are not scripted.
I always found it the best for pure horror shenanigans in the first L4D. Shat my pants many a time to the cornfield, bridge, finale, etc.
