      Sleep hours per nahi cycles per depend hai ...4 cycles must hai rem and nrem ki jaruri hai and each cycle is 90 minutes...and agar daily habits ho to body sab adjust kr leti hai ..yes but around 6 hours sleep is must not minimum...
